Here’s how I attack every day

I had a liver transplant June 19 2023. Get up an walk as soon as they let you. Don't worry about distance. Do it 3 to 4 times a day. You will be surprised how quickly your stamina and distance improves.

You're a true inspiration Bernie, I knew if anyone was going to get through this it would be you. Keep pushing! Can't wait to see you up and about again.
