I think this is exactly it. Easiest way I have seen it explained so everyone can understand. You stay here - you have everything you need (wants do not play into your existence) - over time you become afraid of anything outside of your little bubble.

I thought it was only the UK that was trying to implement 15 minute cities, it’s telling that other western countries are talking about it.
