It's new construction. I'm astonished that this builder even has a license. What shitty quality. It's obviously all about profit and not doing your own inspections starting at framing.

This guy does even better and records it all here in the Phoenix Metro. They're (builders) trying to stop him by filing complaints.

I have a $700k house and this is the problem. I’m suing the builder for $1mil because it has to be torn down at this point. The framing and foundation work is so calamitously bad that it borders on unsafe. How do these houses pass framing inspection

Never hire non-White laborers. They don't care about quality or our safety.
