1.8 Shield/Mace PvP on 1.21

Few updates on development behind the scenes. MMC's made some more optimizations to make 1.8 on 1.21 function exactly like 1.8. Feels pretty much indistinguishable between 1.8 ATP. Video is nearly done, appreciate everyone's patience in the meantime

no matter how much i prefer cooldowns in pvp, i think this will be extremely important especially for practicing shield disabling, and overall reaction time configuring so you can always react quicker! this is insane!!
