🧵2/8 Nothing about how we operate changes. Same team. Same strategy. Same mission. MORE CONVICTION. Our new name, General Tensor, now reflects the full scale of our vision and our vertically integrated role across the #Bittensor ecosystem.

🧵3/8 Over the past year, our focus has been on execution and on building deeper into the Bittensor ecosystem, end to end. To support that, we closed our pre-seed and seed rounds and scaled the team from 3 to 14, building the capacity required to operate across multiple layers of the stack. That work translated into real ownership and responsibility: → Taking ownership of Subnet 35 → Reaching top mining performance on two of the top five subnets → Acquiring the @21RoundTable validator, with @wildsagelabs retained as our VaaS operator → Incubating Subnet 23 (@trishoolai ) with @kardashev_i and @YumaGroup → Partnering with @VantaTrading to launch the Subnet 35 Cartha and @0x_Markets We closed the year by extending that work into building @Rubicon_bridge in partnership with the one and only @Chainlink.

4/8 🧵 We're following in the footsteps of pioneering giants of the past technological revolutions. General Electric, General Motors, and General Atomics each emerged during major technological shifts. They didn’t focus on a single product. They built vertically within their industries and helped shape the markets around them. As the intelligence revolution moves from experimentation to scalable infrastructure, the transition to General Tensor felt natural.

5/8 🧵 The name General Tensor also reflects a shift in maturity. As our operations have advanced, it’s become important to present a brand that carries weight beyond the crypto-native audience and resonates with institutional counterparties. Our mission spans long time horizons, operational discipline, and unrelenting conviction anchored in the #Bittensor network.

6/8 🧵 Our evolution is grounded in long-term ecosystem participation. Since 2023, we’ve focused on building durable positions across validation, mining, subnets, and now applications, as we strive to expose new users to bittensor.

7/8 🧵 The rebrand to General Tensor builds a foundation for what's to come next. We will continue to deepen our role across the Bittensor ecosystem, with several initiatives underway that build on this mission. We'll slowly start to unify brand properties under General Tensor, and thus we’ll be sharing a major update at the end of January 2026. 🔜
