Dunno why Riot make the tank grievous wounds item dependent on the enemy hitting you. Makes so many matchups unplayable for tanks.

I agree, I think it used to be on CC too, which would be great again imo.

My suggestion would be to put it on a third Sunfire item, one which you can build against AP too. Seperate the anti-AA item from the GW item.
