$Facial reconstruction of a 4,500-year-old Ural Yamnaya/Tamarutkul man from the Orenburg Region A special place in the study of the Yamnaya culture is occupied by its Cis-Ural variant (Smirnov, 1965), one of whose principal characteristics is the high proportion of burials in a right-side position, as well as the greater quantity of copper tools found in the graves. Due to its geographical distribution, this variant is also referred to as the Ilek group (Morgunova & Kravtsov, 1994; Kuznetsov, 2010), on the basis of which a distinct Tamarutkul type was identified (Bogdanov, 2004). According to Morgunova (2011; 2014a), the origins of this group are local, representing the development of Yamnaya populations of the Volga-Ural interfluve that ultimately derived from the Khvalynsk Eneolithic culture. According to another interpretation, the Ilek group was closely related to the Poltavka population of the Volga region, with its origins connected to a North Caucasian impulse represented by the Novotitorovka group (Kuznetsov, 1996a, 2010). Other researchers have likewise traced a Caucasian component in the Tamarutkul culture (Mimokhod, 2009, pp. 160-164). Bogdanov (2004), on the other hand, proposed the reverse direction of influence, particularly suggesting an influence of the Cis-Ural population on populations of the North Caucasus. In contrast to the contemporaneous Early Poltavka population of the Volga region, the Tamarutkul population of the Cis-Urals represents a different cranial complex: mesomorphic, dolichocranial, and more strongly profiled, corresponding broadly to the Southeuropid steppe type (Khokhlov, 2017, p. 88; appendix, Tables B.32–33; text, Tables 29–30). As a hypothesis, it has been proposed that the appearance both in the Cis-Urals (Tamarutkul) and in the northwestern Black Sea region (Late Yamnaya) of groups with somewhat similar archaeological traditions-including burials in a contracted position on the side and populations characterized predominantly by a dolichocranial, mesomorphic southern Europid type-may be connected with the outward spread of related groups, such as the Novotitorovka/"Wagon Burial" cultural tradition, from the North Caucasus (Khokhlov, 2000, p. 315; 2013a, p. 259), (Khokhlov et al. 2024) Combat-related trauma is extremely rare in the preceding Eneolithic, with only one known case from Khvalynsk II, burial 13 (Khokhlov, 2010b, p. 418). In Yamnaya populations, trauma affected 21.7% of the sample, including potentially lethal injuries. Nasal fractures (which occurred in both sexes, at a ratio of approximately 3.5:1 (Khokhlov & Kitov, 2019, pp. 273–274)) were the most common and likely often resulted from everyday interpersonal violence. The higher trauma frequency among Early Bronze Age Volga-Ural pastoralists may reflect greater mobility and increased contact with other groups in frontier zones. In later kurgan cultures, particularly the Tamarutkul/Ilek group of the Southern Urals, trauma increased to 30.9%, with a greater variety of injuries. During the Middle Bronze Age, combat-related trauma became more prominent, especially among the Tamarutkul population of the Cis-Urals, where nasal fractures were relatively uncommon. Given the population's possible migrant origins (Khokhlov, 1998b; 2017), this may reflect competition between groups over access to the Kargaly copper mines. Overall, the Tamarutkul skulls were characterized as belonging to the Southeuropid type, which anthropologists have linked with the North Caucasian Novotitorovka culture. Although the Novotitorovka culture emerged within the broader Yamnaya cultural sphere, it morphologically resembles the preceding Maykop-Novosvobodnaya culture (Shevchenko, 1983, p. 84; Gei, 2000), likely due to the assimilation of the aforementioned cultural group. The reconstructed individual is characterized as having a relatively narrow face and a dolichocranial Europid morphology (Vasiliev, I. B.; Kuznetsov, P. F.; Turetski, M. 2025年4月19日，青海省西宁市委原常委、秘书长管新民涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受青海省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。这个人级别太低了没有人关注。只是正局级，一般我也不关注正局级，都是小马仔。但是管新民这个人不简单。管新民指向了云南省长王予波，陕西省常务副省长王晓。王晓就是彭丽媛的情人，我们不说情人，就说彭丽媛的大秘。昆明市长刘佳晨也是彭丽媛的情人+大秘为什么这次巡视单独把昆明市列出来呢。其他长春市，杭州市，宁波市，武汉市，昆明市，成都市好歹是一个副省级城市。这些副省级城市和很多省会城市高配一个副部级不一样啊。副省级城市是中共中央认可的。不单是市委书记默认是副部级，市长，市人大，市政协，四套班子的一把手，都默认是副部级。省里自己高配，那么只能高配一把手，其他人不行，中央背书的，四套班子都是副部级。昆明并不是一个副省级城市，单独把昆明拿了出来。副省级城市不但市委书记相当于副省长，市长也相当于副省长。这次巡视标成红色的，就是本人已经抓了，标成黄色的，就是马仔已经被抓了，秘书啊，下属啊，都已经抓了，就等着抓他们呢。关系人都已经抓了。暂时没有被其他人看出来而已。标成黄色的，肯定会被抓的，其他人都在排着队。太多了，抓不过来。一个也跑不了，一个不留。 2008年10月 – 2010年9月，44岁的管新民任青海省西宁市委宣传部副部长。当时的西宁市委书记是王建军（2007年1月 – 2011年11月），西宁市长是骆玉林（2005年5月 – 2009年4月）。当时的青海省宣传部长是曲青山（2001年1月 – 2009年10月）。2023年5月，骆玉林被抓王建军是赵乐际的大秘，应该是赵乐际江泽民派系的，骆玉林是习近平的人。大外宣让赵乐际给习近平背锅，把赵乐际拿出来洗地。都是谎言，有什么用啊。青海很多官员都是赵乐际担任中纪委书记期间被抓，共产党的官员肯定都贪腐，但是赵乐际再贪腐，他是中纪委书记，他能抓自己人吗？这能有逻辑吗？任何一个省都有三个派系，青海又不是赵乐际家开的。当时的中纪委第一副书记杨晓渡虽然的确是习近平的人。但是，杨晓渡抓一些江胡别的马仔也就算了。杨晓渡如果开足了马力抓赵乐际的人，难道赵乐际就不能反手抓杨晓渡的人吗？大外宣说的这些东西都无法逻辑自洽。这名网友说，习近平都这样了还有经费雇人是没想到的。我的回复是习近平毕竟干了13年的总书记，即便胡春华接替习近平，想要完全清洗习近平的政治势力，没有三五年也是不够的。关键大外宣什么用都没有，枪杆子才管用。大外宣再洗地，也阻挡不了习近平的人被抓。内蒙古倒查20年是查习仲勋秘书曹志斌的老板内蒙古党委书记储波，主要不是查胡春华。青海抓人也是抓习近平的马仔，不是抓赵乐际的人。 2010年9月 – 2011年8月，46岁的管新民任青海省西宁市委宣传部常务副部长（正县级）。当时的西宁市委书记是王建军（2007年1月 – 2011年11月），西宁市长是毛小兵（2009年4月 – 2012年2月），2014年4月24日，毛小兵被抓。当时的青海省宣传部长是吉狄马加（2010年1月 – 2015年5月），吉狄马加的秘书是王予波。吉狄马加在作协和铁凝搭档。铁凝在文联和彭丽媛搭档。毛小兵2024年被抓的时候，青海省委书记是骆惠宁。骆惠宁的派系我不确定。假设骆惠宁就是江泽民派系的，赵乐际的人。难道是赵乐际自己人抓自己人吗？就和大外宣现在洗地的话术，说习近平派系内讧。习近平派系的官员有没有大外宣这么傻叉，还能内讧。 2011年8月 – 2016年8月，47岁的管新民任青海省西宁市教育局局长、党委书记。2012年3月，48岁的管新民任青海省西宁市委教育工作委员会副书记。当时的西宁市委书记是毛小兵（2011年12月 – 2014年4月），西宁市长是王予波（2012年2月 – 2025年4月19日，青海省西宁市委原常委、秘书长管新民涉嫌严重违纪违法，目前正接受青海省纪委监委纪律审查和监察调查。这个人级别太低了没有人关注。只是正局级，一般我也不关注正局级，都是小马仔。但是管新民这个人不简单。管新民指向了云南省长王予波，陕西省常务副省长王晓。王晓就是彭丽媛的情人，我们不说情人，就说彭丽媛的大秘。昆明市长刘佳晨也是彭丽媛的情人+大秘为什么这次巡视单独把昆明市列出来呢。其他长春市，杭州市，宁波市，武汉市，昆明市，成都市好歹是一个副省级城市。这些副省级城市和很多省会城市高配一个副部级不一样啊。副省级城市是中共中央认可的。不单是市委书记默认是副部级，市长，市人大，市政协，四套班子的一把手，都默认是副部级。省里自己高配，那么只能高配一把手，其他人不行，中央背书的，四套班子都是副部级。昆明并不是一个副省级城市，单独把昆明拿了出来。副省级城市不但市委书记相当于副省长，市长也相当于副省长。这次巡视标成红色的，就是本人已经抓了，标成黄色的，就是马仔已经被抓了，秘书啊，下属啊，都已经抓了，就等着抓他们呢。关系人都已经抓了。暂时没有被其他人看出来而已。标成黄色的，肯定会被抓的，其他人都在排着队。太多了，抓不过来。一个也跑不了，一个不留。 2008年10月 – 2010年9月，44岁的管新民任青海省西宁市委宣传部副部长。当时的西宁市委书记是王建军（2007年1月 – 2011年11月），西宁市长是骆玉林（2005年5月 – 2009年4月）。当时的青海省宣传部长是曲青山（2001年1月 – 2009年10月）。2023年5月，骆玉林被抓王建军是赵乐际的大秘，应该是赵乐际江泽民派系的，骆玉林是习近平的人。大外宣让赵乐际给习近平背锅，把赵乐际拿出来洗地。都是谎言，有什么用啊。青海很多官员都是赵乐际担任中纪委书记期间被抓，共产党的官员肯定都贪腐，但是赵乐际再贪腐，他是中纪委书记，他能抓自己人吗？这能有逻辑吗？任何一个省都有三个派系，青海又不是赵乐际家开的。当时的中纪委第一副书记杨晓渡虽然的确是习近平的人。但是，杨晓渡抓一些江胡别的马仔也就算了。杨晓渡如果开足了马力抓赵乐际的人，难道赵乐际就不能反手抓杨晓渡的人吗？大外宣说的这些东西都无法逻辑自洽。这名网友说，习近平都这样了还有经费雇人是没想到的。我的回复是习近平毕竟干了13年的总书记，即便胡春华接替习近平，想要完全清洗习近平的政治势力，没有三五年也是不够的。关键大外宣什么用都没有，枪杆子才管用。大外宣再洗地，也阻挡不了习近平的人被抓。内蒙古倒查20年是查习仲勋秘书曹志斌的老板内蒙古党委书记储波，主要不是查胡春华。青海抓人也是抓习近平的马仔，不是抓赵乐际的人。 2010年9月 – 2011年8月，46岁的管新民任青海省西宁市委宣传部常务副部长（正县级）。当时的西宁市委书记是王建军（2007年1月 – 2011年11月），西宁市长是毛小兵（2009年4月 – 2012年2月），2014年4月24日，毛小兵被抓。当时的青海省宣传部长是吉狄马加（2010年1月 – 2015年5月），吉狄马加的秘书是王予波。吉狄马加在作协和铁凝搭档。铁凝在文联和彭丽媛搭档。毛小兵2024年被抓的时候，青海省委书记是骆惠宁。骆惠宁的派系我不确定。假设骆惠宁就是江泽民派系的，赵乐际的人。难道是赵乐际自己人抓自己人吗？就和大外宣现在洗地的话术，说习近平派系内讧。习近平派系的官员有没有大外宣这么傻叉，还能内讧。 2011年8月 – 2016年8月，47岁的管新民任青海省西宁市教育局局长、党委书记。2012年3月，48岁的管新民任青海省西宁市委教育工作委员会副书记。当时的西宁市委书记是毛小兵（2011年12月 – 2014年4月），西宁市长是王予波（2012年2月 –
