That commercial ran forever

I thought that commercial was in the 90’s so Tootsie Pops were in the 70’s that interesting

Mr Owl was voiced by the brilliant Paul Winchell, who voiced so many childhood cartoons including Winnie the Pooh’s “Tigger” and The Smurf’s “Gargamel”.

I seen this in the early 90s. I didn't know this was the 70's.

I’m currently eating a tootsie pop - can confirm, it stills cust and catches your tongue and I still don’t know how many licks it took
