1977: Traffic scenes from Uhuru Highway, Nairobi.

The roads were clearly marked and seem professional tarmacked.... Today we might have an express way, but the ordinal road below is marked and unprofessional done every uneven from Mombasa rd, Uhuru highway to Waiyaki way. Same goes for other roads within the county.

Road markings were so clear, and is that a Peugeot 504! Must have been quite a thing then.

The Workmanship alone is miles apart compared to what we have to contend with today. @KURAroads and @KeNHAKenya the quality of workmanship on our roads can be better... case in point Ngong Rd PH2 and Mombasa Rd/Waiyaki Way...
