Great to see this again. My first trip to Newmarket, and the first time I won £100 on a race. Super Pebbles, wonderful memories.
On this day, I don’t think anything could have beaten her
One of my favourites - that day she was sensational. One of the most stunning performances ever. A race never to be forgotten.
What a filly and what a race
Wow I remember this day so well. The world doesn’t seem to sparkle like it used to. Maybe I’m just old.
What a horse !
Class combination 👌
Most visually impressive group 1 victory I've ever seen, had her at 5s that day
One of the greats
Pulling like a train and self-combusting in the early stages, Pat Eddery takes the snap decision, key, to switch her inside, where she relaxed to slice through the field. Same thing happened a little later at Aqueduct BC Mile, where they got boxed in. “England’s Super Filly!”
My favourite filly....ever
Same aura as Grey Swallow. Both fillies would stare down the crowd. Intimidating horses. 😬
