Kevin was a real gangster back in the day 😂

Your next W? A fresh gaming PC. Don’t lose out. 🎮🔥

Moore's Law in action! The Intel 80386 in 1989 laptops ran at 16MHz with 2MB RAM. Today's phones have over 100,000x more processing power, validating Gordon Moore's 1965 prediction of exponential semiconductor growth. Each transistor in modern chips operates at picosecond speeds.

Kids these days just won't believe you.

I had friends with sgi computers that cost 25k before we had email. Us poor people using macs had to suffer through ridiculously Long rendering for 3d images and stored our art for publishing on syQuest discs. This was around the time a gigabyte was $1000 👀

My company provided a laptop with 2 drives for disks, one the program the other the data, and I had to have it up on blocks with a little fan blowing under it or it would quit before I could save.

I remember this day very well. I remember thinking “damn, that typing class I had to take is sure going to come in handy”. I was right! It is truly amazing how far tech has come in my lifetime. From zero…..to every single human on earth has a smart phone. Crazy.

A 20 MB hard drive, though.

Microsoft was around 40 cents a share in ‘89.

@RickyBobby_USA I'd love to have a working one of those.

286 laptop? Big pimpin. We know it can run duke nukem, but can it run crysis??
