Can we talk about the fact that Dylan Samberg blocked this shot by Steven Stamkos which broke his foot. And then he still tried his best to get up, get into the play and then got in a lane to attempt to block another shot from Stamkos. 🤯

This may be the luckiest *bad* shot in all of golf! If you put a ball in play and it somehow ends up back in the teeing area - maybe it ricochets off a tree or you hit a topper - you can tee it up again for your second with no penalty.

The shot Tiger hit for me and my son. 2018 Open at Carnoustie. My son was 8. Not into golf yet — but the Open was in our back garden, and this might be his only chance to see Tiger live. So I brought him to the course and we went hunting. Found Tiger on the 8th. Swamped. Thousands deep. My boy couldn't see a thing. Local knowledge. We skipped ahead to the 11th and waited. Clear line of sight across to the 10th. Got there before the crowds. Tiger hit his tee shot on 10 into the bunker. 151 from the pin, a few feet from the face. And then he hit the greatest bunker shot I have ever seen live. Just us on the side of 11. Almost nobody else around. It felt like he hit it just for us. My boy is a caddie at Carnoustie now. And he tells everyone about the time his dad brought him to see the Tiger — and the Tiger put on a show for what felt like just the two of them. Some days the course gives you exactly what you came for. #Carnoustie #Tiger #family

Jackson Koivun shot a 66 today to climb inside the top 20 of the Wyndham Championship and is currently projected 66th on the FedExCup standings. A good round tomorrow and he’d finish inside the playoff positions after making just 5 starts. After the round, he spoke about how important it was to play well today: “Yeah, it's just good for my confidence. It's hard not to think about that spot you're in, but I mean every shot matters. So just giving it my all on every shot and just try and go and put up a good score.” He also spoke about how he’ll deal with the pressure tomorrow: “Yeah, I mean, I'll just try not to think about it too much. At the end of the day it's an uncontrollable and if I go play well I can hopefully be inside of that top-70.” Jackson had a lot of hype coming out of college and earning a PGA Tour card via the University system, but he’s living up to it so far. If you miss a shot, you miss a shot. But you’re not gonna never shoot a shot again in your career. You’re gonna have to shoot a shot again at some point, so why not now?”
