Those cars looked better, sounded better (especially that V12), they actually look on the limit, unlike today's tractors. And that car is slower than an F2 car of today. Who cares? Absolutely fantastic. That video just made me smile so much.

From an era when drivers actually had to wrestle the car around the track , fighting with the car on the absolute (& sometimes a bit beyond )limit .That was Ayrton Senna . No simulated video game driving .Raw driving aggression to get the most out of it .The way it should be 👌

For those of who are wondering WHO's statue that is and asking WHY is "racer" Ajithkumar, aka AK, literally praying to him !!! #AyrtonSenna or "#MagicSenna" as he was fondly called by #Formula1 racing fans around the world was the Original "#RainMaster" and a Brazilian Formula One Racing God♥️ He was a 3 time World Champion: 1988,90,91. That last year,1991, was the year many of us got initiated into F1 Racing and caught glimpses of the sport on TV or Sports Magazines and via friends with European friends 😅 Senna had a Massive 65 Poles and 41 Wins in the decade that he drove ... from 1984 to that fateful crash in Imola in 1994 😕 Did you know that the next man to be known as the "RainMaster", the phenom, my favourite, #MichaelSchumacher was in 2nd place when Ayrton Senna crashed on lap 7... The race continued and Michael went on to Win that race. It was like a sign that Schumy was indeed going to take over the mantle from Senna. Schumy is said to have found it very hard to accept Senna's passing from that crash. Some say he blamed himself for putting pressure on Senna eventhough Senna had a good lead and the crash was due to a steering column failure or something. Michael's emotions poured out when he equalled Senna's 41 Wins record YEARS later. (watch the attached clip) Ayrton raced with legends like "Professor" Prost, Piquet and the "Lion" Nigel Mansell ! Senna didn’t drive cars. He drove emotions. He didn’t chase podiums. He chased perfection... like Lauda or Prost or Schumy... That same race weekend in which Senna crashed Rubens Barrichello also crashed and I remember reading Senna Visited Rubens in the hospital... I think another driver crashed and passed during qualifying and then Senna went too ! Those were the days when safety standards were very low...and the driver had to trust his skills to get over the finish line AND get back home safely. So now you know WHY many people like me, around the world STILL idolise Senna and why #AK knelt before that statue of a #LEGEND. #Senna #KeepFightingMichael

🇺🇸 It’s hard to believe, but aerial refueling has been happening for over 100 years, first taking place in 1923. How modern refuelling works is a boom operator lies on their stomach in the back of a tanker, looks out a small window, and manually guides a 30-foot metal pole into a jet traveling at 300mph. 30,000 feet up. But the KC-46 Pegasus is trying to change that. No window. Instead, a panoramic camera system displays a real-time 185-degree view on 3D screens. Operators wear special glasses for depth perception. The whole thing runs on software. Sounds great, until you realize it's developed by Boeing. Unsurprisingly, the camera system has been plagued with problems since day one. Image distortion. Depth perception failures. Boeing has absorbed over $7 billion in losses on the program. The upgraded vision system, originally promised in 2023, is now not expected until summer 2027. 🇬🇧 NATO: A British Cage To Keep the Americans in, the Russians out, and the Germans Down The British Empire’s 1904 rule was to prevent a Eurasian alliance at all costs. But after World War II, Britain was bankrupt. To enforce this rule, it needed to control the only remaining superpower: the United States. Its solution was an institution designed to make America its permanent enforcer. Harley Schlanger, president of the LaRouche Organization, reveals the stunning truth about the foundation of the modern world order. “The key to the development of the United States as a subordinate power to British imperial interests was the creation of NATO.” This was by design. The man chosen as NATO’s first Secretary General was Lord Ismay—the same man who, for Churchill, drafted Operation Unthinkable, the plan to invade the Soviet Union immediately after WWII. When asked the purpose of this new “defensive alliance,” Ismay was brutally honest: “He said to keep the Americans in, the Russians out, and the Germans down. That’s been the NATO policy from 1948, 1949.” Permanently tether U.S. military power to Europe, i.e., to British strategic interests. Enforce the core Mackinder rule—isolate and contain Eurasian Russia. Ensure the central European industrial heartland could never rise independently and align with the East. Schlanger demolishes the official fairy tale: “Now, supposedly NATO was to protect Europe from the Warsaw Pact, but the Warsaw Pact wasn’t consolidated until the mid-1950s.” NATO was created seven years before its stated adversary even existed. It was never about defense. It was an imperial management system. A cage built in London to lock the United States into the role of guarantor for a British geopolitical project that began 500 years ago. The war in Ukraine is NATO functioning exactly as its British architects intended—provoking the confrontation with Russia that the 1904 doctrine demanded. This is the “rules-based international order.” These were their rules all along.

🇬🇧 NATO: A British Cage To Keep the Americans in, the Russians out, and the Germans Down The British Empire’s 1904 rule was to prevent a Eurasian alliance at all costs. Schlanger demolishes the official fairy tale: “Now, supposedly NATO was to protect Europe from the Warsaw Pact, but the Warsaw Pact wasn’t consolidated until the mid-1950s.” NATO was created seven years before its stated adversary even existed. It was never about defense. It was an imperial management system. A cage built in London to lock the United States into the role of guarantor for a British geopolitical project that began 500 years ago. The war in Ukraine is NATO functioning exactly as its British architects intended—provoking the confrontation with Russia that the 1904 doctrine demanded. This is the “rules-based international order.” These were their rules all along.

I'm thrilled with Reform's new policies, which are very similar to those I outlined in my St. George's Day lecture in 2022 Kudos to Suella Braverman, Zia Yusuf, Richard Tice MP 🇬🇧 et al My Full Lecture👉 CLIP👇 We cannot save Britain without first winning the battle for young minds We have the most radically left wing youth in history. We must restore the balanced teaching of history to our national curriculum. Teachers should not be embarrassed to celebrate Britain's great achievements We also need to instill national pride and patriotism in our young. As I explain here, this can start with flying the flag and having a portrait of The King in schools but should also include daily singing of the National Anthem. This is not an Americanism. Many other countries do it (eg Canada). National symbols are important to establish a sense of shared belonging to one over-arching and unifying British identity. I hope Reform will go further, too. Because, as excellent as these policies are, a new school curriculum needs to be taught by teachers who are not beholden to far left ideology. We must break the Left's stranglehold over education and encourage small "c" conservatives back into the teaching profession. A new government must tackle teacher training.
