We got a call to pick up this precious baby from a location in Oyo State, the client clearly stated the car was in a pretty bad condition and that he wanted to refurbish the car for his Dad. Arrangements were made for pick up and shortly after the driver passed Ibadan, the engine was overheating, and there were oil droplets on the road from the engine, he waited for a while and allowed the engine to cool off and topped up the water in the radiator, he had not driven for 10 minutes before the engine overheated again, I contacted our client and I told him the best option was to tow the car because there was no way that car would get to Inside Òṣogbo , he said we should go ahead and he was going to cover the cost. The car arrived our workshop Doromecho Automobile Solutions Ltd. Inside Òṣogbo safely. We informed our client and gave him the update, it was indeed going to be a total and complete Overhaul and refurbishment but of course, we were up to it.

This guy was trying to sell his 2002–2009 GMC Envoy and said he was looking to get around $9k for it. The buyer pulled up the Carfax and saw the vehicle had seven reported accidents. It’s also a 19-year-old car with over 100K miles, a check engine light on, and the AC not working properly. When the buyer offered $1,600, the seller immediately got into the car like he was done with the conversation. To me, it seemed like he was hoping the buyer wouldn’t check the history and would just take his word for it. Who thinks this seller should have taken the $1,600?

Rolls-Royce's went looking for a supplier and BMW stepped forward with something specific, a 5.4L aluminium alloy V12, built exclusively for this car. The M73 engine, the same unit from the BMW 750i, 850i, was adapted for the Silver Seraph with a five-speed ZF automatic gearbox. It produced 326 PS and made the Silver Seraph the first Rolls-Royce with a twelve-cylinder engine since the 1939 Phantom III. It was also the first Rolls-Royce ever designed using computer-aided design software. The body was 65% stiffer than the car it replaced. And then, while the Silver Seraph was still in production, BMW acquired Rolls-Royce entirely. The engine supplier became the owner.
