THIS IS WHY THE BILL IS REALLY STUCK Mike Novogratz was pretty blunt about what’s slowing the crypto market structure bill. He says both parties want a bill. That part isn’t the problem. The real friction is BANKS -- especially around stablecoins. Right now, big banks pay savers basically nothing (~1–11 bps) while earning 3.5–4% parking deposits at the Fed. Stablecoins threaten that spread. If consumers can earn yield elsewhere, deposits move -- and banks make less. That’s why this is such a lobbying fight. Let stablecoins compete, and banks either lose deposits or have to pay consumers more. That’s the trade-off lawmakers are wrestling with. So yes, this is about SEC vs CFTC. But underneath, it’s about who gets to keep the economics of your money. That’s why this bill is harder than it looks. 👀

BREAKING: Trump just said that he is considering giving 20% of DOGE savings to Americans and 20% to paying down our debt…. Where is the other 60% going? This is just stupid. Our debt will continue to rise even if Doge saves us $1 Trillion a year. Why the hell would you go further into debt by handing out money to people, which is inflationary. The point of DOGE was to pay down our debt.

There is a new provision in the 2026 Farm Bill called Section 10205 that you need to know about In this section, the government is trying to ban any state's ability to warn its citizens that a pesticide product causes cancer The section is called “Uniformity of Pesticide Labeling Requirements” It would have significantly limited states’ ability to require additional warnings, such as cancer risk labels, on pesticide and herbicide products beyond what the EPA approves It would have prohibited states or local governments from requiring pesticide manufacturers to add language like “This product causes cancer” Luckily Rep Anna Paulina Luna introduced an amendment that struck down these sections But keep in mind, this is what our government was trying to pass.
