So good Joe! I spend the staff work week trying to fill buckets and checking in with all my colleagues. @casas_jimmy reminds us, in turn, that fills our bucket. If something doesn’t get hung on the wall, it doesn’t get hung on the wall. Kids still going to learn and be loved. ❤️

Aww now cat posters do have a purpose for hanging up in my classroom… my littles love saying “Awww a kitty cat!” …. But in all seriousness I totally agree with being the person of strength for our kiddos!

Kyle Shanahan on Ricky Pearsall: “I thought he went into the first few weeks of the season ready to go. If you guys saw the film or his stats, the stats did match the film. He was leading the league in a lot of categories before he got hurt against Jacksonville. Then he landed on his knee the wrong way. When you land on your knee and hurt your PCL, sometimes it can last a week, or like Puka Nacua last year it sometimes can last 7 weeks… The main thing from last year is, what can we do to come back from that faster? When you do come back, what can we do to maybe not redo it, so it doesn’t linger.”
