As someone who has coached and ran counter for 20 years. They do not do a good job of blocking it. The technique is atrocious. RT head has to get across. Horrible foot work. RG doesn’t help on nose with the center having to get the back door end which btw was not good either.

Well let’s look at the other side of the ball, they UNM had to assume that OU was going to focus on running right away, with all that had been said after the Michigan game, I think they knew what OU was going to do, and OU did just that. OU should have done a play action 1st play
