I just stumbled on this and absolutely love seeing different perspectives on how the pros go about their routines. Everyone is different but the fact he is sharing what makes him great, for free, is a huge advantage to the youth/coaches/parents out there. I wish I had videos like this growing up! It may be baseball but it 100% applies to softball.

Today, January 18th, is my birthday, but I can’t celebrate knowing that Kfir Bibas, an innocent baby, is spending his second birthday in captivity. Kfir was just 9 months old when he and his family were taken hostage. Now, he turns 2 in captivity—two birthdays stolen. In Judaism, the number 18 represents ‘chai,’ meaning life. It symbolizes hope, resilience, and the sanctity of life itself. But how can we honor life when an innocent child and his family are still held in captivity, their freedom stolen, their future uncertain? However. There is hope. A hostage deal is in the works that will finally bring Kfir and his family home. But as of now, we don’t know their condition, and the uncertainty is unbearable. All I want for my birthday is for Kfir and his family to come home alive, safe, and free. Until then, I can’t truly celebrate my life while this innocent child—who shares my birthday—remains in the hands of his captors. On this day that represents life, let’s fight for Kfir’s. No child should grow up in captivity. No family should endure this nightmare. Say his name. Share his story. Let’s keep fighting until ALL the remaining hostages are back home. 🎗️

THE AIR HIDDEN HEART #เสน่หาวาโยตอนที่3 my favorite scene is here!! 😭 both of them are carrying their own thoughts in this moment, but everything comes from the same place: caring for each other. one doesn’t want the other to sacrifice herself for her, the other refuses to leave her behind. the way this scene keeps cutting between their gazes says more than words ever could. through those looks alone, you can feel everything they’re trying to hide, the determination, the reluctance to part, and the feelings that are slowly beginning to bloom between them. FreenBecky’s eye acting is truly on another level. their expressions tell an entire story without a single word. and those teary eyes… they’re so heartbreakingly beautiful and full of emotion that i’m genuinely crying watching this. 💔

Natalie Merchant - Then and Now Today happens to be Natalie Merchant’s 62nd birthday, but I’m not posting this for that reason. Over the weekend, I posted a random video I had on my phone of Natalie singing one of the songs from her time with 10,000 Maniacs. I was shocked by how many DMs I got from people who were emotional about seeing her come up on their screens. I realized she reminds them of a time that may not have been more innocent in reality but certainly felt more innocent, with no social media, a rudimentary internet, and few cell phones. Even though I was alive when “These Are the Days” came out, I also didn’t realize how many people had this song as their graduation theme.
