Preach brother! 👏 I have seen so many great engineers fail because they get too disconnected from the business We are paid to solve problems and make money with cool tech. Not to build cool tech to fill our egos.

this is kind of stereotypical tbh - not all engineers are bad at communicating with stakeholders.
