forgot what it was like to not give up 3+ runs in the 8th, that was awesome

@MLBStats Danny Young (#81 Mets) and Ryan Thompson (#81 DBacks) both pitched in the eighth inning. Is this the first time two #81 pitchers have pitched in the same game or same inning?

Because Young pitched so well he’ll probably be sent back down. That’s how freaking stupid the Mets front office is.
