The PPO is the enzyme responsible for the browning reaction (oxidative browning) when apple flesh is exposed to air.

What I love about #DOA4 is how the colours pop! It doesn't even need words to show just how GREAT the game looks, sounds, and feels (despite some gameplay flaws). It is truly is a gem that deserves to be celebrated! I hope we'll see it on PC or even other platforms one day!
