1 year ago today, Hurricane Beryl clinched her title as the earliest forming Category 5 Atlantic Hurricane in recorded history, surpassing Hurricane Emily (2005) by more than two weeks. Never before, as far back as reliable meteorological records go, had we documented a storm of her strength so early in the year. 2/13/25 8:45am Update: We have 11.8" (30 cm) of new #snow this morning with moderate to high snowfall rates currently. We expect a lull in rates over the next couple of hours but it should pick up again around noon. Another 2-3 feet of snow is expected by tomorrow at the lab.

We spent ridiculous amounts of time on certain areas of Owlboy. This is the entrance to the 3rd Dungeon. Getting the atmosphere just right took weeks - knowing most players would swoop by in less than 2 seconds. #perfectionism 😅 #pixelart #owlboy #indiegame

My mom loved hummingbirds. She had hummingbird feeders for as long as I can remember. When she passed in December I was determined to find a way to stay connected. I bought Alyssa a couple feeders for her birthday. For the longest time, those feeders had no activity. A couple months ago we started seeing one or two every now and then. A couple weeks ago we had 6. Yesterday Alyssa and I were in the pool and low and behold we had a swarm of hummingbirds, I’m guessing we had 20-30 at one point. It was amazing and I know it was my mom. Be well all, tell your family you love them.

This past summer we started utilizing VBT for Peak Velocity. We also used Peak Velocity in-season for 12 Weeks on Deadlift, Squat and Bench. Prior to 2025 we didn’t use any VBT and made the plunge with OVR Performance in 2025. After talks with Joe Kenn we went all in on Peak Velocity. Top Video = 2024 off season @ 90% no VBT 515# Bottom Video = 2025 In season WK 12 @ 90% PkV 565# Just by “coaches eye” we can tell the bar moves much slower on top video. Sure…We can say the athlete got stronger in 2025. But that’s doesn’t necessarily result in bar speed. Not only did he get stronger, he is moving a heavier load faster! We saw similar results across the board at the end of the season. PkV for squat, deadlift and bench….Im all in on it!

chanyeol was back to work just 2 days after their seoul concert and he also briefly mentioned why he cried 🍒 : our concert wrapped up 2 days ago and we had a team dinner. the aftermath is still hitting me pretty hard, so i ended up wearing glasses today. my eyes just won't open all the way 🍒 : we had the team dinner 2 days ago and i was fine yesterday, but... 📽 : we heard you cried alot during the concert 🍒 : oh, so maybe that's why my eyes are swollen! i really thought i wouldn't cry, i didn't cry on the 1st and 2nd day.. but on the 3rd day, a lot thoughts/emotions just came rushing in [so i cried]

We bought a brand new Ford Ranger in 2023 to act as a Lister pool car. It’s only done 20k miles but it broke down in catastrophic fashion 3 weeks ago. ☹️ We had to wait till now to get it into Ford only to be told we needed to take it to Ford’s commercial centre. Waiting time - 6 weeks 🤯 and our courtesy car is a Focus 1.0! I’m not sure how good it’ll be at towing our trailer, we shall see. 😳 So that’s 9 weeks waiting time in total. This sort of failure is all too common with the Ranger it seems. Cmon Ford UK get your act together 🙏🏼

I started 2025 in a rehabilitation center, after spending 4 months at the hospital. But the wound did not heal correctly so I had to go back to the hospital for more surgeries. After that I did 3 different rehab centers, until I was finally released on May 15th 2025 after 8months of medical procedures. 2 days later i was finally on my way to join my new unit at their safehouse, which were already on a combat rotation. Previously part of an assault group, I joined back the fight as a drone operator and fought all summer 2025 in Zaporizhizia and Sumy. After few weeks of leave in September, We redeployed in our new AO in October, where I am still fighting currently. We spent Christmas on the front and we remain on position for the new year. Entering 2026 on the frontline in Ukraine is a great feeling. I am very grateful to be able to keep fighting after being so badly wounded. But the fight is not done yet. Happy new year everyone! Weeks ago the kids came home from a friends with these chips from Trader Joe’s. They freshly opened them and found a chicken bone inside the bag. It’s been weeks of back and forth with TJs communicating and they tried to tell us it’s just a bunch of rolled up chips. 🤣- either way, we are just trying to help them by asking them to check any other bags from assembly. Now they want us to send it all back, which we are, but I wanted to document my little chicken bone friend one last time before we say goodbye.

We were never fully satisfied with the animated components available outside. Some looked good but were hard to customize. Some were easy to use but felt too basic. So 2 months ago, we started building our own. It started as a Framer component library. Then we expanded it to Next.js and MCP, so people can use it with code and AI builders too. Now we’re finally launching the beta on July 2, 11 AM IST. Only for the first 500 users. If you’re building animated websites, this will save you a lot of time. And I think you’re going to love this.

The U.S. Special Presidential Envoy for Ukraine, General Keith Kellogg Keith Kellogg, is in Kyiv today. I am grateful for a constructive meeting. We discussed various vectors of cooperation – how to achieve real peace and guarantee Ukraine’s security. These include projects within the PURL initiative for financing production and procurement of Patriot systems, strong bilateral agreements on co-production of drones and weapons that we have proposed to America. We count on a positive response from the United States. We had a substantive discussion on stepping up pressure on the Russians and what we can do together with partners in tariff and sanctions policy to enable a meeting at the leaders’ level at the earliest and bring this war to an end. A trilateral leaders’ format is undoubtedly the most effective. We also discussed the return of abducted Ukrainian children, international cooperation on this track, and the conditions in which our children are being held. I expressed condolences to the American people over the horrific murder of Charlie Kirk and thanked President Trump for his condolences and response to the brutal murder of Ukrainian citizen Iryna Zarutska in North Carolina. It is important that justice prevail every time violence seeks to take hold. We are also preparing for the 80th session of the UN General Assembly in New York. We discussed planned events, coordination between Ukraine and the U.S., and work within the Coalition of the Willing. We are working on potential meetings and various formats.
