this looks amazing. obviously after considering the structural strength of the building. I am already thinking how this may solve infra issues for e-bikes as on terrace it would be easy to provide electricity access than at roads.

Big problems always require simple solutions which are just unique and out of box. A 2k rent per bike , for 25 bikes...gives 50k per month and if cost of lift is 12 lakhs, it can be recovered in less than 2 years and rest of life free earnings. Great idea.

A small question is the terrace designed to hold so much of weight? If this was thought by the developer and builder its fine, otherwise can be disastrous.

This will turn out to be a grave mistake, if the load of these vehicles are not considered during design.
