What's really heartbreaking in this scene is how everyone looks at Eren with disgust, not knowing that his laughter is his way to mourn as he did in S2 when Hannes died 😢

They assumed he was laughing like it was funny to him without realizing this was his breaking point. He had the pressure of knowing what the future hold and had kept it to himself but he most likely did not know that Sasha was gonna die and possibly hid that memory from himself.

This still destroys me even 2 years later.😭😭 I MISS SASHA!!!😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

This brings back horrible memory

This was such a bomb to drop on me in episode one. Like I wasn’t even over how sexy Eren looked and this happened 💀

The worst part of this scene was them misunderstanding why eren laughed/smiled 😭 💀
