Congrats! I did about 8 months in 2020. Now, I have a few drinks every couple of months. Life is better with less alcohol.

Congrats Shawn! I’m at 3 months no weed. Just wanted to see if I could do it for a couple weeks, and realized I didn’t need it every day like I was doing during covid times. Back to work!

Alcohol fools you into thinking you deserve it, by refusing one it's like telling yourself you don't deserve something nice. That's how it hooks you in and how it's depressing to quit. Disrupt the cycle, I drank alcohol free beer by the case. Loved it. Been 7 years.
