There is an obsession at the moment with skin colour and race! I could not care less if someone is black, brown, white, yellow, pink or blue. What matters is a serious conversation about what it means to be English and British. Heritage. Lineage. Ancestral continuity. And of course, an honest debate about borders and mass migration. Obsessing over skin colour and race is lazy and wrong. It is simply a way for people who do not want to engage with the real arguments to avoid the above debate entirely. Ignore the slurs. Those who are on the so called 'right' need to stop using the tactics of the 'left' and grow up.

VIDEO | Bhubaneswar: Hockey India President Dilip Tirkey reacts to Team India jersey controversy and says, "The World Cup is set to begin on August 15th in the Netherlands and Belgium. For many years, Team India has been playing in a blue jersey. This time, the primary kit color was changed to orange, while the secondary color remained white. We received feedback and suggestions from our players, coaches, and support staff pointing out that the turf itself is blue. Technically, since the turf is blue and the players' jerseys are also blue, they were facing slight visibility issues on the field. That is when they suggested two alternative colors, yellow and orange. Looking at the three colors of the Indian national flag, we already have white as our secondary jersey color. That left us with orange and it was chosen. This decision was taken based on the input of our players, coaches, and support staff, purely to improve technical visibility on the ground. I believe this should not be politicised or dragged into unnecessary controversy. From a purely technical standpoint, the opinion of the players and support staff was completely justified. And it is not set in stone, if the players do not feel comfortable with it, we can always change it in the future.
