Pokémon Emerald is the best Generation 3 Pokémon video game. The overworld Ability effects are great, and even allow further trainer and Pokémon bonds along with strategy.

I adore the 3rd and 4th Gen main theme so much. The trumpets have such a nostalgic sound to me. Idk how to describe it. There was a clip om early YouTube of Lucia running through Sandgem to the beach below with it which I wish I could watch again. I put that on repeat a lot.
