Corridor development projects across both urban and rural settings continue to introduce dignified, equitable public spaces that uplift communities. The “City Walk” project in the Wilayat of Rustaq, South Al Batinah Governorate, is making steady progress in its construction works, as part of ongoing efforts to develop integrated urban destinations that enhance quality of life and support economic and tourism activity. The project offers a range of commercial, entertainment, service, and sports facilities, with the overall completion rate currently standing at approximately 50 percent. The project covers a total area of approximately 28,000 square meters, with a built-up area of around 7,500 square meters. It comprises a variety of multifunctional buildings and facilities designed to provide an integrated experience for residents and visitors while enhancing commercial and recreational activities in the Wilayat. The project includes retail shops, restaurants and cafés, a private medical clinic, a cinema, a suspended children’s play area, as well as dedicated fitness facilities for men and women. It also features a motel with a number of fully equipped rooms to accommodate visitors. In addition, the project includes a central plaza, green spaces, seating areas, and water features, creating an attractive and welcoming environment suitable for people of different age groups.

Soludo is trending because in an attempt to ridicule Peter Obi with the SABMiller brewery, the Anambra government shot itself in the foot. Last month on Arise TV, Obi said the brewery is the highest indigenous tax payer for the state. This morning, Anambra Govt published a document to prove Obi wrong. According to the document, the Brewery sits at 6th, while five banks took up the the first 5 spots; First Bank, Zenith, UBA, Access Bank and Fidelity Bank. As highest tax payers. With Fidelity Bank being the 5th paying ₦1.1bn while SABMiller paid only ₦656M in two years. — making Obi’s claims seeminly false. Because according to the June 6th Arise interview, contextually, he referred to state owned investment returns. In the second interview on Channels on July 6th, he spoke generally failing to indicate whether he was referring to state owned, or generally. Which Anambra is leveraging upon. Incidentally, the general context around both videos were; Industries and Development. — Which banks are neither. The banks are not HQ’d in Anambra either. However, Obidients argued that this is a self sabotage for Soludo, because it proves that since Peter Obi left office in 2014, the state has been unable to attract or own any major business, excluding the existing ones brought by Obi. Infact, unfortunately the document further emphasizes Peter Obi’s claims. Because, firstly, the list has 3 of Obi’s State Investments. In October 2025, the Prime Minister undertook a series of national and international engagements focused on infrastructure development, rural transformation, governance reform, and diplomatic cooperation. Here is a brief recap of the past month: 𝙊𝙣 𝙐𝙧𝙗𝙖𝙣 𝘿𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙁𝙤𝙧𝙚𝙞𝙜𝙣 𝘿𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙘𝙩 𝙄𝙣𝙫𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩 A defining highlight of the month was the laying of the foundation stone for the urea fertilizer plant, a landmark project developed through a partnership between Ethiopian Investment Holdings and the Dangote Group. With an annual production capacity of three million tons, the plant will utilize natural gas from the Calub gas fields, transported through a 108-kilometer pipeline. This project is a cornerstone of Ethiopia’s strategy to achieve fertilizer self-sufficiency and enhance agricultural productivity. In the Somali Region, the Prime Minister also inaugurated the Gode Oil Refinery, developed by Golden Concord Group Limited (GCL). The refinery, designed to process 3.5 million tons of crude oil and condensate per year from the Hilala oil field, represents a significant step in Ethiopia’s path toward energy independence. Complementing these milestones, the Prime Minister inaugurated the first phase of the Ogaden Liquified Natural Gas (LNG) Project in Calub. The so-called “City Park”, developed using taxpayers’ money as a green lung for the people of Bandra East and surrounding areas, is today shut to the very citizens who paid for it. I personally visited the park today and was shocked to see that public access is restricted through the ‘Jetwan’ staff quarters of MMRDA. While the common Mumbaikar struggles to find open spaces to walk, exercise or let their children play, a select group of bureaucrats is enjoying exclusive access to sprawling gardens, state-of-the-art tennis courts and cricket turfs — all maintained using public funds. To make matters worse, MMRDA recently even hosted exclusive sports events for officers inside this restricted park. This is not governance. This is entitlement. Mumbai’s public spaces cannot become the private playgrounds of unelected Babus. The MMRDA Commissioner must immediately explain: • Under what authority has public access to this park been restricted? • Why is taxpayers’ money being spent on maintaining facilities inaccessible to taxpayers themselves? • Who took the decision to convert a public amenity into a closed officers’ enclave? The people of Mumbai deserve answers. Public land belongs to the public — not to a privileged few sitting in government quarters.

#ChiefDakamelaAwardsFestival2026 A delegation of prominent izinduna zomdabu ZaKwaZulu (traditional Zulu Chiefs from KwaZulu-Natal province in South Africa) being introduced to the people at the annual Chief Dakamela Achievers' Awards at his Nkayi village homestead, Matabeleland North province, yesterday. The chiefs' delegation included princes, members of the Zulu royal family and other royals from the region. The Zulu delegation included Prince Thulani Zulu, Prince Kwazikwenkosi Zulu, Prince Kinobho Zulu, and Prince Phumlani Pro okaHuzulu. The chiefs who came from South Africa were Mncwango, Mdlalose, Shandu and others. Zulu cultural historian, storyteller and traditional music singer Mbuso Khoza was also there. There was also Prince Ayanda Manala and Princess Andile Mabena representing the Ndebele Kingdom from Mpumalanga in South Africa. Chief Zwelenqaba Mgudlwa and Dr Ondile Dlanga represented the abaThembu Kingdom from the Xhosa royalty. Local chiefs where also present. There were also local and South Africa celebrities, prominent personalities, musicians and actors including Albert Nyathi, Zenzo Nyathi, Madlela Skhobokhobo whose real name is Mothusi Bashimane Ndlovu, Ezra Tshisa Sibanda, Mbo Mahocs (Mbonisi Mahonondo) and Dawn Thandeka King, among others. Government was represented by Emily Jesaya, Deputy Minister of Sport, Recreation, Arts and Culture. Chief Dakamela - born Mbusi Bekithemba Dakamela, a descendant of Dakamela Ncube of the Babambeni Regiment fame under Ndebele King Lobengula - has now become the new centre of cultural revival, gravity, pilgrimage and pride in Matabeleland. The Chief Dakamela Achievers Awards is now only outdone by Ndebele ceremonial King Bulelani Khumalo and the Mzilikazi Day event in the region in terms of prominence, attendance and resonance. The Imiklomelo kaDakamela Awards is an annual ceremony held in Nkayi district, to celebrate individuals, organisations and institutions that have made significant positive contributions and difference to society to uplift people's lives, particularly in those areas under the chief's traditional jurisdiction and influence. This year's awards peaked yesterday under the theme "uBuntu yiSintu Sethu" (Our humanity is our culture). The event has been a huge success. What began as a simple awards ceremony in rural Matabeleland backwater setting has now grown and expanded into a multi-day cultural festival featuring bush dinners, art exhibitions, history lectures, storytelling and traditional performances. In future, the plan is to have an organised series of performances or exhibitions around it such as a public lecturers on history and culture, film festivals, music festivals or literary festivals, underlining the importance of education and writing books. The event - a major cultural revival festival - is increasingly becoming a tourism magnet and driver of development contributions for Bulawayo and the Nkayi region, bringing together hundreds of visitors and various corporate partners like Kingdom Blue Funeral Service, mainly benefitting local main tourist attractions like Matopo Hills, Hwange National Park and Victoria Falls. This year marks the 100th anniversary of Ethiopia–Türkiye relations. Türkiye’s first embassy in Sub-Saharan Africa was opened in Addis Ababa in 1926. The main theme of the visit, consistent with this historical continuity, is a “Permanent Partnership.” 2. Ethiopia occupies an extremely sensitive position within the conflict-prone and competitive environment of the Horn of Africa. Next, Head to Burial Grounds left-side door and interact with the keyhole. 5. Interact with the door again and hold it to open the door and to unlock the underground area. 6. This will spawn a Zursa Bear during a special round (starting the second special round) you need to kill him and he will drop The Lantern 7. Place The Lantern in the center of the Underground Room in Burial Grounds. 8. Constellations will appear around the wall. Interact with them as they’re shown on the table in this order: left, right, back, front. 9. Once completed, Astrid will appear and talk, she will then travel to different areas of the map. She will occasionally stop and you will need to kill frost zombies next to her. 10. Once all the Soulboxes are completed an Obstacle Course will form on the outside of The Lighthouse, climb to the top by Jumping / Wall Jumping up 11. Head to Turret Gun beside The Lighthouse and place Flak Gun Round then melee with Jotunn Star 4. Next, Head to The Robot Head in spawn and interact with it to search broken piece to get The Transmitter 5. Go to Tyr’s Head and place it inside the Wall Machine thingy at the top of the Ladder 6. Next, whilst inside of Tyr’s Head underneath the balcony there are 3 white lights, 2 of these lights will blink, count how many times it blinks -Both lights will remain on, There is the sound of a light turning on to indicate the start of a new light flashing cycle where both lights will flash at the same time to a certain count (for example left 2, right 5). Both lights will be on and then it will flash another set (for example left 6, right 4). (Unsure if these 2 combos have to be put into console in order but correct entry will give two different voicelines.) After entering one correctly you will be kicked out to hear voiceline and can re-enter console to input the 2nd shortly afterwards. 7. Now head to Core Foundry, and use a molotov to burn the ascender to access the consoles. 8. Ascend and interact with the consoles, The next part is timed and has a cooldown if you fail - you need to Calibrate the Amplitude and Frequency using the flashing light code. 9. Find three uraniums: Uranium #1 Find the Fishing Rod (Olaf’s Personal Item) locations: - Dry Dock - Storm Bridge - Fishery Island - Beacon island Look for a Glowing Green Fish jumping around the water at each Fishing Location and use the Fishing Rod at that location once you see it Fishing Locations: Eidskallen Landing x2 Beacon Island x2 Eidskallen Square x2 Dry Dock (found one so far) Fishery Island x2 Tyr’s Foot (found one so far) Once the fish is caught it will spawn an Irradiated Ravager (HVT) that will disappear and respawn somewhere else, chase it down and kill it (check your map to see its location, it shows up as an HVT). It will drop a Uranium. Uranium #2 Next, Craft an ARC-XD (there is one for free in Eidskallen Square on top of a box near the flame trap, you can get it by fishing as well) and melee the vent at Core Foundry to the left of the zipline to open the Secret ARC-XD Course. Blow up the boat full of barrels. Once the course is completed the 935 Genetic Lab room will be open and another Uranium x2 will be inside a Prison Cell There are several Jars with Heads inside in this room, all labelled A,B,C,D,E Look down the Hallway inside the Lab and note which numbered rooms have Nuclear Symbols 1 = A, 2 = B, 3 = C, 4 = D and 5 = E Take one Jar at a time that corresponds with the Numbers next to Nuclear Symbols and place them on the machine to the right of the cell door, once the correct jars are placed the Jar on the left side of the machine will glow purple and you can pick up acid There is a Big Chunk of Meat on a desk next to multiple drawings in the same Room, interact with it, then Pick up The Necrospike Once you have The Necrospike, use it on the Prison Cell Door, this will trigger a lockpick mini game. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight. Spin the lockpick until the lock turns white 3x to unlock the cell, then pick up the second Uranium. Uranium #3 Next you need to craft or obtain the Glocke Drop, once you have one call it in, then shoot 20 mid-air zombies it throws up. This will drop the third and final Uranium. 2. At the Dry Dock, you need to call a WunderBarrage (unlocked by completing Wundersignal steps) in on the “02 Building” at Dry Dock (where there’s debris on the stairs), this will open the stairs to the Machine Workshop. 3. Inside The Workshop there is a Claw Machine which you can place all of The Uranium inside of and play a mini-game. -Have a big group of 7 cores and a small group of 2 cores. 4. Once you complete the Mini-game you will be able to pick up The Atomkraft Core (Note: you drop if you zipline, and cant sprint with it) 5. Head to Quick Revive and place The Atomkraft Core on generator next to quick revive. Go into the shed behind quick revive and turn on the generator. You must now defend the The Atomkraft Core until it’s charged. In interrupted you must turn on the generator again to continue. 6. Take the The Atomkraft Core to the barrel on the Storm Bridge and a Mini-Cutscene will play between the Giant and The Robot. Vegvisir 1. After the cutscene finishes, The Dravakar Shard will spawn at Tyr’s Foot, pick it up 2. Pick it up and place the Shard inside the Bloodheim Hall on the bonfire 3. Use WW range attack to light the fire 4. Use Disciple Injection (there should be a free one around the map) and throw zombies into the bonfire (I only had to throw four) 5. A lockdown will start. Kill the boss zombie and pick up the Sunstone from the bonfire 6. Put the Sunstone in the church and do a range WW attack on it. 7. Around the map, there will now be floating rocks and runes. Above the church there will now be a compass with runes and arrows. -Shoot the floating rune rocks with the ranged WW in the order of the arrow lines. If an arrow has 1 line, then that's the first one. If an arrow has 2 lines, that's the second one, etc. 8. Go into Tyr's Head and interact with the console to start the boss fight.
