2024 was nice. First year in a while I’m actually happy with. I started posting on X and met awesome people here, worked on some cool projects, collaborated with other designers, and most importantly, leveled up my skills. Here’s a showreel of my selected work from this year!

2024 is a wrap. I’ve been in this fandom since the pilot dropped back in 2019, but never posted until this year. I’m so grateful for the support and people I’ve met so far. Here’s my first #Stolitz, my last completed animation, my first animatic, and my last WIP for the year.

My 2025 wrap - Got healed from depression - Built a personal brand from 0 - Worked with top brands/companies in the US - Made $30k+ - Made a lot of new friends - Started a business for my mom (funded it) - Furnished the apartment my family and I were living in (it was almost empty at the beginning of the year) - Attended conferences and events - Hosted my first space with over 4k people tuning in - Posted my first YT video that has over 13k views - Earned 7-8 figures consistently monthly - Hired people - Cofounded a design studio - Started paying salaries (in dollars) - Got gifts from brands - Traveled out of the country for the first time - Relocated - Started dressing better - Booked an Airbnb for the first time - Partnered with Cleva - Went house hunting - Saw the possibility of having my own luxury apartment - Made money in a year than my parents ever thought one could in a year - One of the biggest partners in the church - Celebrated my family's birthday for the first time in years - Moved from someone who didn't have a MacBook to someone who owns 2 MacBooks - Built a complete workspace, but have to do it again since I relocated 🙃 - Ate a lot of food I had only seen in movies - Lost a good friend (not died, we just decided to move on from being friends and wish each other well from afar) - Became a dog mum - Started training others - Leveled up my communication skills - Started learning a new language - Started, paused, and resumed reading - Met and talked to people I admired - Showed a lot of people around me what was possible - Made my parents proud A lot can happen in a year, I'm happy my life proved it ✨

thank you for 7,000 thought I'd share a bit more of my story since there's some new faces here I started posting actively in March during the @levelsio vibe jam met so many cool like-minded people through that and got hooked on building fun stuff in public I was always really self-conscious about posting my dev projects since I come from the finance world, never worked in software, and write code like a caveman but what I found is that people enjoy seeing novel things built with genuine effort I started posting hobby projects using computer vision (fruit ninja hand tracking, dvd dodge body movement game, cat chin-ups, etc) a lot of people enjoyed these silly unhinged ideas! so I kept going, kept posting, consistently for the past 4 months I've met kind / talented / cool people here and have gotten some incredible opportunities through this so I'd really encourage everyone to share your projects and talk about what interests you feel free to introduce yourself and your work, I'd love to meet you and follow your journey sorry for the rambling, and thank you again for all your kindness 💗

It was a lovely year. Implemented all planned features for BoxelXR and started developing a version for VisionOS with the hand-tracking first approach. Prototyped a ton of spatial experiences. Gave a few talks about Spatial Design and, most importantly, met many great and inspiring folks. Thank you all ❤️ Happy New Year 🥳
