Been a while since I read it, but wasn't it because they were unruly and harder to work with? Tho all of that sounded like excuses tbh, lmao. What makes 9S so dangerous as a fighter is his cunning nature. He doesn't hesitate, he takes risks and is quick to think/act.

It’s been a hot minute since I played but wasn’t 2B (E) model specifically designed to take out scout models who frequently figure things out? You don’t custom design an executioner unit to handle weak fighters…. No way 9S qualifies as weak.
