Eleven months ago, I couldn’t walk like this. I couldn’t move like this. I couldn’t live like this. And now I can. I am deeply grateful that I chose myself. That I kept showing up even when it wasn’t pretty. That I stayed consistent even when motivation was gone. Carnivore saved me. It healed my body. It healed my mind. It healed my spirit.
