For those asking, here is the confirmation that Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney prosecutor Robert Cosgrove objected in open court to providing a redacted copy of Lindsey Gaetani's cellphone extraction (that was turned over unredacted by Brian Tully). Cosgrove claimed that he already redacted the phone, but there is now confirmation that such a redaction never occurred. Furthermore, if Cosgrove has previously redacted the phone, then a redacted copy would exist (and Cosgrove did not say that today in court). In fact, Cosgrove said the opposite and refused to provide a redacted copy of the phone, or to do a redaction at this point in time (if, for whatever reason, that redacted copy no longer exists). Earlier, I reported; NEW; Re-cap of today's Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney hearing, where Prosecutor Robert Cosgrove objected (in open court) to redacting Lindsey Gaetani's cellphone extraction (that was released by Brian Tully) and wherein Cosgrove did not deny Kate Peter is a government agent for Tully. "This is a government agent, Kate Peter, sending them material while she was working for them. I think we should have an evidentiary hearing on this. Let's bring in Ms. Peter, and let's find [these emails between Brian Tully and Kate Peter]," said Kearney's lawyer to Judge Doolin. Cosgrove, despite that allegation being levied multiple times, did not deny the charge. In another strange moment, a USB drive of emails between Brian Tully and Kate Peter was "broken" and Cosgrove did not provide a working USB drive to Kearney and to the court until Wednesday. Robert Cosgrove then claimed that he did not know that the Norfolk DA released a FOIA of his emails in recent days, including material Cosgrove wants to keep secret in Aidan Kearney's case (emails from the Norfolk DA to people like Kate Peter). As a result, Kearney's lawyers will file a motion to bring in Kate MafiaMasshole Peter, Brian Tully, and Ken Mello to Norfolk Superior Court for a hearing related to Peter working as a government agent for Brian Tully (including Peter making videos Tully used at a state grand jury). Lindsey Gaetani's phone extraction was then discussed. Robert Cosgrove objected and refused to provide a redacted copy of the cellphone (and Cosgrove made no sense when he said he previously redacted the phone, which means a redacted copy exists and, for some reason, Cosgrove simply will not turn that redacted copy over to Kearney). For my part, I do not believe Cosgrove ever actually redacted the phone. This is stunning. Brian Tully was the reason the unredacted 15-year extraction was leaked, and Cosgrove won't fix it! The Judge took Gaetani's motion to force the state to redact the cellphone under advisement. Read that motion here - Then, at the end of the hearing, it was alleged that messages from Kate Peter to Michael Proctor were deleted from evidence turned over to Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney's lawyers in his ongoing criminal cases. Kearney's lawyers have a smoking gun because Kate released the deleted evidence on social media! Also, Aidan TurtleBoy Kearney's lawyers are claiming that he has never violated an existing protective order related to Lindsey Gaetani's unredacted cellphone extraction (after 12/24/24). However, in July of 2025, on video, Kearney discussed the contents of the phone. Next date = 9/24/25 at 2PM

Carney's Egypt charter flight cost taxpayers $735,000, ATIP records show Documents obtained by Rebel News through access-to-information laws show taxpayers were billed more than $735,000 for Prime Minister Mark Carney’s chartered private jet trip to Egypt in October 2025, including more than $231,000 in Wi-Fi and miscellaneous charges. Records released by Global Affairs Canada show the government contracted Chartright Air Group to transport Carney aboard a Bombardier Global 5000 private jet from Ottawa to Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, before returning through Gander and back to Ottawa. The charter quote alone totalled $504,500. An additional invoice billed taxpayers $231,096.11 for onboard Wi-Fi usage and miscellaneous costs, including a $1,164.20 charge for “ink spot removal from aircraft cushion.” According to the government’s “Confirming Order Declaration Form,” officials authorized the private charter because of “overlapping operational demands on existing government transportation assets,” including Royal Canadian Air Force aircraft and associated flight crews. The same document states Carney’s attendance at the summit was considered “critical” to Canada’s foreign policy objectives and required “immediate action.” The records indicate the trip was arranged on short notice after the summit schedule was extended from one day to two. Passenger details in the released records were heavily redacted under federal privacy and security exemptions. Rebel News intends to appeal the redactions related to the passenger manifest.
