It was great having Flory Bidunga in the lab this month! I’m thankful for Eli Foy - his performance coach at the University of Louisville for the trust and the opportunity to work with Flory. We followed the strategic plan Eli has had Flory for the last 8 weeks. A former McDonald’s All-American, 5 ⭐️ recruit, and Indiana Mr. Basketball, Flory continues to put in the work to become the best version of himself as he prepares for his first season with the Louisville Cardinals.

Rewatching some Miami/Ole Miss stuff from last night and my goodness Shelton Henderson really had a great game: 18 PTS 9 REBS 5 ASTS 2 BLKS 7-12 FG 0-1 3PT 4-7 FT Henderson, a former Duke commit, followed Jai Lucas to Miami last spring and has had a solid beginning to his freshman season. Henderson finishes well around the basket, gets downhill, facilitates for teammates and plays with a grit and toughness you can’t teach. Big time player with tons of room to improve.
