Taking Your Birth Certificate to Court The courts only want to charge some bogus bonds to your federal account, and they need your bond or permission to do the discharge. Otherwise you must pay a fine and go to jail. But they neglected to tell us that the birth certificate is the bond. And the birth certificate is proof that we are the beneficiary and not the trustee of our strawman trust account. The state is the trustee. Everything including crime and taxes is already pre-paid through that birth certificate bond. In every case so far, the charges were settled and they let the fellow go without a record of crime by surrendering the birth certificate. Further, the birth certificate proves that you are the beneficiary of your strawman estate. The prosecutor is claiming that he represents the beneficiary (the state) when the state is really suppose to be the trustee. So when you bring the birth certificate into court, you discharge all of the charges against you. And you prove that you are the beneficiary of your trust estate. And this completely shuts the prosecutor down. The prosecutor now has no standing. You bringing in the birth certificate proves that he has brought fraud into the court by claiming to be the beneficiary instead of you. Only the beneficiary (YOU) can be the plaintiff. And only the trustee (the state) can be the defendant. I do not give legal advice, but this is what I would do if I were in your shoes….

The girl who was left critically hurt after being shot in the head when a gunman opened fire into Annunciation Church was released from the hospital on Thursday, nearly two months after the mass shooting. Family have said that Forchas' recovery has been nothing short of a miracle since she was shot on Aug. 27. Forchas, then 12, was struck in the head by a rifle round and left in critical condition. The family said doctors told them Sophia was on the brink of death when she came to the hospital. After the shooting, she needed extensive surgery, including having part of her skull removed to release pressure from swelling, and was placed in a medically-induced coma. The family thanked supporters in the weeks that followed, telling them "their prayers were working." On Thursday, she was able to walk around and talk with her supporters before heading back to school.

Oopsie!! That's a debilitating to blow to both his and Read's defense in the civil case. It also will not play well for Kearney's existing and/or future criminal charges as it is an admission Read conspired to provide Kearney with embarrassing non public discovery in a murder case for the purposes of harassment of witnesses and their families. One more #HusbandSuicide from Greater Noida. 38 year old Software engineer Shatrughan Sinha, a native of Patna jumped from the balcony of his 16th floor flat in Paramount Emotions Society of Greater Noida and ended his life because of continuous fights with his wife Gulshan Rathore and Sister in Law who too was staying in the same flat. No suicide note was found but his wife claimed that he was Jobless since last few months and she was the one who was running the house. On that day he was drunk and tried to assault her and when her sister tried to save her then the husband attacked her sister with a knife. Wife claimed that she called the Police and after that the husband got scared and jumped from the balcony. Does not this sound like a Manohar Kahani? When there is no suicide note then why not this be treated as a case of Husband Murder instead of Suicide. It may be possible that his wife along with her sister threw him from the Balcony. When a husband can take care of his wife and family for whole life then why can not a working wife can support a husband even for few months in the case of his job loss?
