I suddenly realized that most of the other houses on our lake in Michigan have their college team flags on their docks or the emblem painted on their boathouse, and it’s all University of Michigan, Michigan State, Indiana U, a little Wisconsin and even an Ohio. No Chicago anything! So I’m representing for Chicago now and waiting on a White Sox flag. Can’t wait to get that one up!

RUMOR: Michigan players were apparently caught hotboxing in the locker room, according to an Ohio State site called “Buckeye Scoop.” [Swipe for 🎥] If true this is not a good look at all for the Wolverines and their locker room culture. It’s hard to tell when this took place based on the video, but we are assuming this was recently. Theoretically I guess smoking weed is legal Michigan, but it still shouldn’t be happening in the locker room. Thoughts? 💭

Since we’re all obsessed with clock protocol and every single second, what’s supposed to happen after a first down in the final two minutes of a half? Should Michigan appeal for the nearly two seconds that came off the “official” clock after JJ Buchanan's first down? Because if the clock stops when it’s supposed to, there’s no end-of-game controversy in the first place... right? Should we go through the entire game tape and account for every missed second/missed call and issue appeals? I actually respected the way Western Michigan and the MAC handled the brutal loss afterward. They heard the Big Ten’s explanation, accepted it, released their statements and said they were moving on. Then, two days later, apparently that explanation is no longer good enough, and now they want the NCAA and College Football Playoff to recognize WMU as the winner? That’s an incredibly soft move. Yes, Michigan got one second put back on the clock. And guess what? Both teams lined up and played it. Michigan had to attempt a 60-yard Hail Mary. Western Michigan had to defend it. Michigan made the play. Western Michigan didn’t. If that ball hits the ground, nobody is still talking about this. The ONLY reason that second has become a national controversy is because Michigan actually converted it.

And yet since we enacted our Top Two Primary system in 2012, many times over we’ve been faced with general elections that are Democrat vs. Democrat. But now all of a sudden it’s a travesty that we may well have our top state race be Republican vs. Republican. Gimme a break, Democrats. Shut up.

All of it funded by 340B, a federal program Congress designed so that poor and sick people could afford their medicine. The patients 340B was built for are an afterthought. The campus and their art collection are not.
