21 years ago today 'The Birnam Wood' aired on TV.

I'M NOT CRYING YOU ARE

This whole string of episodes are such a powerful reminder of what a talented actor John Spencer was

Jed broke Leo's heart.

I hated that scene…it haunts me knowing what we know

I can’t watch that one. It’s too hard.

I forgot this part. I'm crying now.

Remember watching it the night it aired and being gutted. Mourned a week thinking he had died.

One of the many wrong turns WW took after Sorkin's departure, at which point purists like me believe the story ended.

Oh John we hardly knew ye

This was extremely difficult to watch - fabulous acting though. Loved John Spencer.

this almost gave ME a heart attack. greatest show ever.

The way Leo was treated in this episode almost killed me, too. I mean: I get it. I do. It's drama. Good drama.

Hate that they did this

Something in my eye

Terrible storyline

🥺
