I had 22 staples in my left arm. Looks like you have me beat Kevin. Godspeed!

Ruptured my Achilles around the same time as your injury. Here’s to the recovery marathon 🤝

👊 What percent back to normal are you? I’m probably 70-80%.

That’s incredible, nice work. I’m like 40%-50% back. Haven’t started running yet. I expect full athletic recovery at 15-18 months, which is pretty normal distribution for this injury believe it or not.

Get well soon, Sir.🙏🏻

Ouch.

Astounding recovery. Supplemented by anything?

I did a peptide stack for about two weeks immediately after surgery.

Hate to pry but my wife tore her ACL and I’m very curious about helping her heal. Any chance you would mind being specific about the stack?

BPC-157, TB-500, KPV I don’t remember the doses, but I would not recommend doing peptides unless you can find a doctor who can prescribe them from a US-based compounding pharmacy.

For sure. And thank you very much 💪

ouch.

Amazing progress!!

Ouch. Wish you a fast recovery!

whoa! here's to a speedy recovery!

❤️

Continually impressed by you :-)

🙏 Means a lot coming from you.

Staples. I think sometimes we forget how much physical trauma is involved in surgeries we think of as routine. At least I do. Movement, health, even recovery—all of it is a blessing.

Yes, the biggest challenge hasn't been the tricep itself, but rather recovering from the trauma of surgery and the loss of work capacity.

Brick by brick. What a comeback. Keep building.

How did you injure it?

Freak climbing accident.

Very close. 🤣
