I met Dee Bradley Baker at a con recently and he saw the Proto-Man pin on my backpack and asked “Is that Viewtiful Joe?” I told him it wasn’t but I still really liked that game and he hit me with the “Henshin-a-go-go baby!” It was awesome that he still remembers.

I mean, when he went back to Capcom for Okami 2, Kamiya had an interview where he mentioned he'd like to do another Viewtiful Joe

You get Viewtiful Joe 3 but it's written like a Phase 4 Marvel movie.

Was...was the third threat the series not continuing? I hope they remaster the games at some point and give us the third game like they gave us vol 4 for .hack g.u lol

Right... But with Clovers doing an Okami sequel.... VJ at least has a chance right? Maybe even a collection is possible. Also i know this might not be the time but- If starfox can come back [and i have feelings about this new one] F-Zero HAS to be next right?

Did the sub studio get shut down or have they just not made another game yet?

Maybe the real Viewtiful Joe 3 was the friends we made along the way.~ That said I am still waiting for that and Megaman Legends 3 as well. Why can't Capcom count to 3? They aren't Valve!

having played through the entirety of double trouble, i can tell you for sure that we really do need a proper VJ3. Double Trouble wasn't even that bad, it just feels more like a side story rather than a proper continuation

Now that i'm thinking about it, where can I go to buy the Viewtiful Joe games and support this series🤔

God, I loved Viewtiful Joe.

See now I'm imagining a new Viewtiful Joe in RE engine. Not sure how I'd feel about it but I'd play the shit out of that game.
