O.J. Brigance was the ultimate warrior. He was driven by a higher purpose, devoted to the Lord, and always cognizant of what he represented to so many people around the world. He illuminated every room he entered with his smile, his strength, and his genuine love of life. In 2007, doctors told O.J. he had 2–5 years to live after being diagnosed with ALS. Yet here I sit, 19 years later, in awe of the battle he completed. O.J. stared death squarely in the face and laughed, determined to notch yet another victory under his belt. It’s not simply the length of that fight which should be admired, but the manner in which he fought it. O.J. always kept that smile on his face. He never complained. And somehow, despite everything he was enduring, he always made a point to ask about YOU and YOUR loved ones. That was O.J. He was truly selfless - always putting others before himself, even while fighting a battle most of us could never begin to comprehend. He overcame the odds throughout his playing career - an undrafted free agent who fought and clawed his way to becoming the only player in history to win both a CFL and NFL championship with teams from the same city. But his work off the field will echo through the halls of eternity. Whether mentoring young men through his role with the Ravens or launching the Brigance Brigade Foundation alongside his loving wife, Chanda, O.J. touched countless lives with his light. And while he may no longer be with us, that light will continue to shine through all those he inspired for generations to come. My heart goes out to his amazing wife, Chanda, and to his parents during this incredibly difficult time. Chanda is the living embodiment of the vows we take at the altar - “in sickness and in health, till death do us part.” For nearly two decades, she stood faithfully by O.J.’s side with unwavering love, strength, and devotion. She is truly an angel on Earth. They say you should never meet your heroes - but anyone who ever had the privilege of sharing a moment with you would tell you that isn’t always true. You gave me guidance. You picked me up when I was down. You showed me what true love and genuine courage look like. You taught me what it means to possess a truly strong spirit. You taught me to stop worrying, wondering, and doubting. And most importantly, you taught me to surrender—to truly give myself to God, trust His plan, and have faith in His timing. I will carry those lessons with me for the rest of my life. I love you, Juice. No more pain, brother.

It was branded 'The Summer of Sabbath' in Birmingham. It's certainly lived up to the billing. Whenever I've been ready to close the book and move on, something else happens and I get dragged back in. First there was the months of anticipation for the gig. Then, as it got closer, I was fortunate to become involved. Working at the opening of the museum exhibit with Sharon Osbourne. Making videos around the city of all the Sabbath-related attractions. Being among the privileged few to be present as the band was granted the Freedom of the City. The gig itself. And as I wallowed in the afterglow of that unforgettable couple of weeks, I thought, was that. But after the highs came the lows. The shock of Ozzy's death. Being despatched the following day to capture the city's reaction. The opening of the condolence books. Looking on as metalheads from across the world descended on Birmingham once again, much sooner than planned. Then, on Sunday, I received a call to ask if I would like to be involved in a final ride around Birmingham for the Prince of Darkness. I didn't need to be asked twice. And so we came around to today. As I took my privileged reserved spot next to Black Sabbath bridge, I watched in awe as the general public gathered in their masses - tens of thousands of them - to salute our city's finest son. Then there was the heartbreaking moment when the family arrived, broken, and I found myself in the odd predicament of trying to capture the occasion in spite of the tears streaming from my eyes. I wasn't prepared to find it so emotional. In many ways, I think it was suppressed grief for my own dad. My love of all things Ozzy and Sabbath came from him, and my emotions over the last few weeks have been so wrapped up in his memory. Seeing the Osbournes going through the same heartbreak that the Parkers did a couple of years ago, only with the added pressure of the eyes of the world watching them... Wow. It hit me right in the feels. But, amid the sadness, there was pride. A demonstration of Birmingham at its best, and the reasons why Ozzy strikes a chord with us so much. As Brummies, we live our lives being sneered at, the constant butt of the joke. So, when we see somebody who sounds like us become one of the coolest people in the world, of course we latch onto them. He was ours, and the city was his. It says a lot that Ozzy remains so revered despite being a complicated man. Delving into his past uncovers some uncomfortable truths. But it only adds weight to the feeling that we view him as one of our own. We see through his flaws. We forgive his mistakes. And that's true love. He is, however, a textbook case of the power of atonement. He always owned his mistakes and took responsibility for them. There was no apportioning of blame. No wallowing in self pity. Just a steady resolve for self-improvement. That PETA and The Alamo were among the social media accounts lining up to pay tribute last week says everything. Hundreds of millions of pounds raised for charity as his final act of redemption was the icing on the cake. Legacy assured. Our greatest Brummie. And so, as Ozzy left Birmingham, so ended our Summer of Sabbath. For real this time. And while there will be no more cause for emotional outpourings from me, I'll still show my love for Ozzy by quietly indulging in my love of his music, whilst encouraging my son to indulge in his. Just like my dad did. You know I will. I really will.

Patrick Swayze on how Marshall R. Teague & he nearly ki!!ed each other while filming this fight scene in "Road House" (1989): "'Road House' (1989) gave me the opportunity to hone an old skill [Martial Arts] that I never realized I’d missed. I soon found out that I’d need all the fighting skills I could muster for this movie. Because the actor who played my primary opponent, Marshall Teague, was ready to kick my ass for real if he could get away with it. From the very beginning, Marshall R. Teague, who played the bad-guy enforcer Jimmy, treated me like some snot-nose know-nothing actor. He had served in Vietnam and was a Navy SEAL—which meant he was a serious, real-life badass. He had no patience for bullsh!t and would say so to anyone’s face. Marshall apparently thought I was a dilettante pretty boy he could knock over with one of his meaty fingers. But when we started training, he learned otherwise. He and I started rehearsing our fight scenes, and soon enough he saw that I knew what I was doing, and that I could take a punch. “Let’s put some contact into it,” I told him, well aware that he could lay me flat out if he chose to. But I knew if we choreographed it well, we could have some contact without killing each other, and it would look amazingly real onscreen. When you earn the respect of a man like Marshall, you earn it for life. He and I became friends on the set of Road House, and we’ve been friends ever since. Not that many people understood his mentality, but when I looked him in the eye, we really connected. It was a good thing, too, because the fight scene we shot was absolutely epic, and we very nearly killed each other. We fought in a river, and I was wearing nothing but little hip-hugger sweatpants—no shirt, no pads, no nothing. So when I hit the ground, I was hitting the ground hard. Since both Marshall and I loved the adrenaline high of a fight, it was easy to get carried away, and we really started pounding on each other in this scene. After a few minutes of us punching and kicking the shit out of each other, Marshall picked up a log and swung it over his head. My eyes got wide as I realized he was about to break it right over my back. Marshall apparently thought it was a prop log, which would have been perfect for the scene—but unfortunately, it wasn’t. He realized his mistake midswing, but it was too late: He cracked me right across the spine with a real log, breaking a couple of my ribs and knocking the wind out of me. I dropped to my hands and knees, gasping for breath, but the scene called for us to keep fighting. I didn’t break character and didn’t give up —we kept fighting, and eventually got to the part where Dalton is forced to ki!! Jimmy. When you watch this scene in the movie, the exhaustion you see on my face is absolutely real. I barely had the strength to drag myself out of the river after that fight." ("The Time of My Life", Patrick Swayze and Lisa Niemi, 2009) P.S: On this day, 37 years ago, "Road House" (1989) was released in the USA & Canada.

This CIA-trained remote viewer just alleged he was abducted by Grey aliens and taken to an exotic, faraway planet. “The sky was black.” “The grass was totally black.” “The sun was out, but very dim.” The Greys even let him fly their UFO. Stop scrolling to hear Lyn Buchanan tell his life-changing abduction experience with Jesse Michels: “I heard something land in the backyard.” “I couldn’t move.” “Immediately I woke up, and I was sitting in a white room.” A pale, 7-foot tall being “came into the room, and I said: excuse me, can I sit by the window?” “He got this look of fear on his face and turned around and ran out.” “A few minutes later, a little Grey with three of these big guys huddled behind the Grey came in.” “The Grey said: we’ve got work to do, come with me.” “He was the pilot, and he had me kneel down in front of the control panel.” “With me kneeling down and him standing, we were eye to eye, so that tells you his size.” “We would land, the tall white guys would go out and come back in.” “I guess they were picking up more people.” “Finally [the Grey] said: we’re going on a long jump now.” “We didn’t land for quite a while.” “I said: I’ve been watching, can I try [flying] it?” “I tried it and I didn’t wreck the thing, but he was standing right over me just in case.” “We landed at some place that was not Earth.” “I looked out the front window, and there were two other ships.” “There was a string of people going, and I asked him: what do you do here?” “He said: we’re a medical team. We catch a lot of diseases going around space. And we have no immunity, but you people are like antibody factories. We use your antibodies for health.” “I was getting off, and they were going up this path to a pavilion that was up on the hill.” “He grabbed me by the arm, and he said: you don’t wanna go up there.” “He pulled me over to the side, and we sat down on the grass on the hillside.” “The grass was totally black.” “As we sat there … you could hear up on the hill, somebody would scream in horror, and everybody else would laugh.” “I said: what are you implanting in us?” “He said: we don’t implant anything into you.” “I said: well, we find these glass-like things implanted in us.” “He said: you people won’t be still. The tips of our instruments break off.” “And I said: well, why do you stick those?” “He said: because we take one or two cells of our diseased tissue, put it on that tip, implant it into you, and you will start making antibodies, and then we come back and harvest the antibodies.” Jesse Michels: “Do you know where this other planet is?” Buchanan: “No, I just know it wasn’t Earth.” Michels: “The other guy, the seven-foot guy—” Buchanan: “They struck me as being dumb as a rock.” “They were just workers for the Greys.” “While we’re there on the hillside, the pilot … went off and got another one that came back, sat down on the hill behind me and said: put up your hand.” “I put up my hand, he put his hand on the back of mine, and from that point on, I remembered nothing until the people were coming back down the hill, and I was in line with them, getting back onto the ship.” “The next morning, I was standing at the back window of [my house], and could not remember why I was there.” For 25 years, Buchanan had no memory of his abduction. Just a persistent, nagging feeling that he’d “forgotten something.” It wasn’t until 25 years later that he remembered everything. Jesse Michels American Alchemy

Todd Standing: Real Experiencer or Hoaxer? My Honest Take (and Why I Can’t Fully Trust Him) Todd Standing. Super controversial, and my gut screams “narcissist”—he comes across way too needy for people to believe him, almost giddy for validation as the one who’ll finally prove Sasquatch. I’ll admit right up front that I don’t like Todd’s demeanor—it’s full-scale cringe. That can taint my opinion, and I own it. I’m 100% convinced Bigfoot is real (my account shows I chase real evidence: tracks, audio, sightings). But belief doesn’t mean buying every claim. His most well-known stuff—the crisp “Jake” and “Jane” faces—still feels off, and this Gaia clip only heightens the suspicion. In this Gaia footage Todd treats the creatures like personal buddies and mentors, zooming in on eye spacing and head size while framing himself as uniquely trusted. Dramatic, spiritual, heavy on the “I’m the chosen connector” vibe. Pair that with the recent Cabin in the Woods defense by Robert Maxwell (needle scaling arguing massive heads, rebuttals to image manipulation and props, eye sizing). They make some strong technical points. I’ll link Robert’s full video in the replies. Dr. Jeff Meldrum is consistently objective and measured in his language. He calls the portraits some of the most astounding in history, notes they give the feeling of looking into a real creature’s eyes, and finds them worthy of serious study with “potential authenticity.” He’s diplomatic, intrigued by anatomy/gait/variations, and had his own sighting with Todd—but he doesn’t go full “100% proven, unmanipulated Sasquatch.” As Meldrum leaned toward authentic, I actually lean toward hoax. Here’s my specific suspicion as someone pretty handy with Photoshop: If I really worked at it with the right tools and time, I could take a human face (Todd’s or similar), enlarge the upper head proportionally (20-30%), preserve the core features, add fur texture, composite it into the forest with foreground needles, and create something that looks exactly like the Jake stills/video frames. And as the Cabin defense itself demonstrates when they morph/scale the upper portion of Todd’s head to Jake’s, the proportions line up eerily well once adjusted for size. Todd even does the head-size demo—glasses, ruler—looking genuinely excited that his own head couldn’t possibly match. This is just a hypothesis I want to rule out before making any firmer judgments. Without raw, unedited video files (full metadata, longer takes, multiple angles), we can’t verify whether simple post-production enlargement or compositing happened. Todd releases edited clips, cites protection/editing choices, and teases “more coming,” but that selective pattern—plus his production background and history of selling “ultimate proof” DVDs—keeps the red flags flying. VFX/forensic analysts (Poling & Falconer’s detailed NAWAC document is taken as gospel by a lot of the Bigfoot community) still flag unnatural lighting, movement, and lack of dynamic biology. In the spirit of fairness, I must add that “Kabota,” with the dark face and wrinkles, is much more intriguing to me. With Meldrum, I’m saying that looks far more authentic than the others. I’d love to do a more focused analysis of that video if Todd ever releases more details about it. The bottom line: I truly think Todd had real experiences. But I strongly suspect he is also a hoaxer and therefore should not be trusted. I feel exactly the same way about Dr. Steven Greer in the UFO world—I think he had genuine alien contact but also faked flares for his paying followers. Once someone does that, they must be called out and not trusted. I do not see this as “Todd is full of crap and Bigfoot isn’t real.” I see Todd as a dedicated experiencer *and* hoaxer. This is a family squabble as opposed to a tribal war. I would be cautious about trusting his presented evidence as authentic Bigfoot footage. But don’t dismiss the whole Sasquatch phenomenon either—real ones are elusive masters of the forest, not known to pose for crisp portraits. In fact, everything I’ve seen points to the exact opposite. They’ll connect with trusted people and decline recordings. I could be wrong—happy to be proven so. What do you think after seeing the Gaia clip? Did you watch the full Cabin in the Woods defense? Did Meldrum’s measured take or the head-size demo change your mind on “Jake,” or does the digital-alteration possibility (and raw-footage gap) raise the same flags for you? Civil discussion please—what’s your take on Todd’s claims? 👇🐞👣 #Sasquatch #ToddStanding

[MBC Radio Star feat. actress Jung Young Joo preview/ full eng trans] JDY: Next, we have Jung Young Joo-ssi, who witnessed the Lovely Runner's Sol-Sunjae couple from the first row. There are still many people rooting for both of them. JYJ: I'm now filming my next work. I'm actually hesitant to talk about this because I'm worried I'll be considered as a traitor. JDY: It's just.. there are still so many people engaged in that work (Lovely Runner). JYJ: Yes, they are deeply immersed. And many people still tell me, "Please allow Sunjae and Sol to marry. You also want to see your grandchildren, right?" JDY: Because both of them are incredibly lovely. JYJ: Yes. Compared to other actors, Byeon Wooseok's eyes are very melo and moist. And.. I once asked him, "Have you ever been in love?", and he replied loudly, "Of course I have!" That was very cute, then after that (I added), "You still need to act with a raw touch even though you have experiences. You must truly express all of your feelings." And he did it in earnest. Thus, actor Byeon Wooseok deserves lots of praise for his efforts. He (BWS) is absolutely pure, very sincere, and unapologetically honest. If he is lying, it will show. I therefore ask him, "How can you act with this (character)?" JDY: There are a lot of interesting works, but what's really intriguing is that everyone's enthusiasm for Lovely Runner didn't fade even after the show finished. JYJ: In an interview, actor Byeon Wooseok stated that his ideal type is a woman who is small, petite, intelligent, and wise. And that is precisely the same as Hyeyoonie, so I told them, "You guys stop joking around, just date each other!" Every time it happened (I saw them acting), I told them to just date each other. Q: When you're all on set, you should have a rough feeling, right? JYJ: There were many sweet scenes between Sol and Sunjae, and they always needed to look at each other with those eyes. He was presumably shy and expressed his concern and confusion. I asked him, "Why don't you just like her for real?" "To like her for real?" he asked. And I replied, "Yes, just like her for real. "Try it!" I then said, "Try doing it with that look in your eyes," to which he answered, "Is it okay if I really like her? Can I actually do that?" I did not say anything else after that. They simply did what they wanted and conveyed it (their acting) in their own way. Then many people asked me if the two of them were really dating. "Are they still dating now?" JDY: There are still a lot of curious people. JYJ: Is it okay to say it? Can Mom really say it aloud?

Guys, he is the male version of Erika Kirk. At least he puts in some work into it. You know why he always laughs when Trump talks about 9/11 and his connections with Jeffrey? That’s a nervous reaction, that’s him trying to tell you, “Oh, this is so ridiculous it makes me laugh.’’ - that’s the message. He must’ve forgotten that years ago he was practically trying to bawl his eyes out while talking about 9/11 and the employees lost. Now, I guess it’s just funny to him. Time heals, they say. Lutnick has done a lot of healing.🙂They spent billions covering up their crimes, but they couldn’t spend $150 an hour on acting lessons for this guy? Are you kidding me? As you know, I’ve been analyzing the Epstein files for days. Episode #2 coming soon. I can't tell you everything for sure, but I can tell you this: Epstein’s sex operations were a side thing for him. He was a financial hitman or agent/operator, or whatever you want to call him. His main goal was to consolidate power for his masters in the financial world and in a way control the financial world. (I will be doing an in-depth article on Patreon). One of the reasons we don’t have all the files in front of us is because it’s highly likely that they contain the truth about 9/11 or real clues about 9/11. What I don’t understand, though, is why? Why not release them? There isn’t not a single smart person in this country who still doubts that 9/11 was an inside job. Every smart person knows it was. We also know Bush belongs in prison with his friends. Lutnick definitely belongs in prison. But of course no one ever goes to prison in this country, so it's not like they have that to worry about. 🙂 I don’t understand why they’re still sitting on it. It’s not as if anyone expects meaningful action regarding accountability from the government. We already know they did it. And it’s up to us to demand accountability, including that Lutnick faces consequences.Yet I don’t see any protests at all in the streets. I don’t understand why they would be worried at all, no one in this country ever seems to take action. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Day 6: What a glorious morning in the USA. We've only been in this beautiful country for 6 days and we absolutely love it. It's been a long time since I've seen my wife this happy and hopeful. The overwhelming kindness and real concern and care our community extends towards us pushes us upwards and pushes us forward. Today started slow after our meeting with our resettlement agency was rescheduled 1hr later. As updated previously someone from Spangler Restoration did come assess the mold and we're expecting a full clean by tomorrow. Will follow up, but will keep the mold updates separate from now on because it will not get us down or beat us down nor distract us from all the wonderful aspects of our journey. That said we'll give them hell should they stutter or falter. We will also conduct our own testing with a 5 minute mold test and sample kit that will get sent to a lab proudly gifted to us by American patriots who bought it for us in our Amazon wish list. We met with the resettlement agency and they went over information and asked us how we are doing and how the last 5 days have been. They are too keeping an eye on the mold issue and are also waiting for the next update from management. They explained our documentation and informed us again that we entered approved to work immediately. We have work authorization from day 1. However, some employers are too cautious employing illegals and as such people with our documentation face challenges getting employed before and EAD card and SSN card has been issued. We'll have to see them tomorrow again. This if for signing of consent forms apply as proxy for SSN etc. I informed the agency that I've applied with Rides for Refugees who could potentially hook us up with a donated vehicle which would make the world of difference to be able to travel with my son to appointments. There is still a big journey lying ahead for us. More medical assessments and SSA visits etc. My body is aching from the physical labor after doing the fibre trenches yesterday. I can hardly walk. 😂 I overdid It while shadowing with the ride along yesterday. Apparently it takes about 2 weeks to get work fit. If they contract me I will take the offer immediately and I'll start with training after two weeks of digging fibre trenches. I'm coming from journalism and web hosting office jobs into the sun and I'm totally game for it. Anything to start earning dollars and it's an industry I want to get into. So it's win win and I can't be more grateful for this opportunity. Back in South Africa I would've never have had this opportunity. I can't wait to find out if and when I start. One of you kind people gifted me work boots and cargo pants from ma Amazon wish list. So I'm ready on day one. And another wonderful person on X I'm forever grateful for, gifted me peace of mind, for when I have to go off to work leaving my wife and baby behind, we now have a ring doorbell camera installed this evening letting both of us know of any trouble or visitors while healing our angst and worry, PTSD, we undoubtedly brought with us from South Africa. We have also received the gifted Air purifier this afternoon and it's already doing wonders in our single bedroom where Nova sleeps with us, where it will help ease the odors, it's affects, albeit temporarily, and will help us have a proper rest during the night for the first time until the specialists clean the HVAC. I will be posting pictures and thanking individuals who opened their hearts. I will never forget what your doing for us, for my family, for my son. I have sacrificed my son's past, his Afrikaner culture and to a degree his Afrikaans language for a future in which he can reach his full potential, he will grow up American and we all including my family will fight to protect American values and the future of this great nation, & I am and will always be a proud Amerikaner dad. Thank everyone of you, members of my community, God bless all of us. 🇺🇸🙏

Actor Wen Junhui on national TV!! 😭😭😭❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥 CCTV6 (China Movie Channel) featured Jun’s interview abt his nomination for the Hundred Flowers Awards Full interview translation: 👩 continuing to bring you the ‘What Nominees Say’ interview series for the 38th Hundred Flowers Awards. Actor Wen Junhui has been nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Hundred Flowers Awards for his role in The Shadow’s Edge. In this exclusive interview, WJH compared himself to the moss flower, quietly staying steadfast and waiting to bloom 🐱 Hello to all the viewers of China Movie News, I’m actor Wen Junhui, a nominee for Best Supporting Actor at the 38th Hundred Flowers Awards 🐱 in my eyes, the Hundred Flowers Awards are awards that belong to the audience. For actors, receiving recognition from the audience is one of the most important forms of evaluation 🐱 I think I’d be the moss flower, it’s a small and unassuming flower, but it quietly takes root and blooms beautifully in its own way.. just like its flower language, it quietly stays steadfast and keeps striving 👩 in the film TSE, WJH has many action scenes, he built a solid foundation in martial arts from a young age, which laid a strong foundation for him to become an action actor today 🐱HuFeng is an extremely intense character in my eyes, my experience as an actor since I was young actually helped me better portray HuFeng’s action sequences and his signature boxing style 🐱 when I’m in front of senior actors I admire, I want to show the best version of myself. Instead of just giving my usual 100%, I want to push myself to reach 120% and even more 🐱 actually during the costume fitting process, everyone had already gone through a great deal of practice. We had basically reached the point where we could complete the movements even with our eyes closed 🐱then on set, we would adjust our performances according to the differences in the scenes and props, while having extensive communication and discussions with the director. We polished everything little by little, making the final presentation more stable, faster and more accurate 👩 working alongside veteran actors has also allowed WJH to gain a great deal from the experience 🐱Brother Jackie Chan and Teacher Tony Leung have both devoted themselves deeply to the film industry for many years, their love and passion for cinema deeply moved me and allowed me to learn so many things 🐱 I also hope that in the future, I can continue working hard and putting down roots, so everyone can see the flowers I bloom

A much-loved member of our team, producer Hannah Hawkins died just before the weekend after discovering her cancer had returned only a few months ago, shortly before she gave birth to her son Rory. She was incredible at raising awareness and money for breast cancer, and we have dedicated our change and check track ‘Golden’ to her. A word from Hannah’s husband Tom: For someone who’s love language was gift giving, leaving us they day before my birthday was really not the one. I wish you’d kept the receipt. There is no way I can pay tribute or sum you up in one post. In fact I could write an essay on how unfair this is. That you miss out on seeing Rory growing up, that he won’t be able to feel the love of his mum, and that this terrible illness took hold so quickly. But that’s not how you saw it. The remarkable person that you were, the phrase you used so many times over the last few weeks - and it set me off every time; “I’m so at peace with the life I’ve lived” is something we can all admire. The fact that right until the end you were putting others feelings first and making us all laugh was just you to a tee. Your life can be defined simply by love, friendship and strength and I’ll make sure these are cornerstones of Rory’s life. I want him to know how much everyone loved his mum, and how much love you gave. How you would say to me in any of my dark moments, “remember you are so loved”. I want him to know that you were someone who could walk into a room of strangers and come out having made friends for life, and that our social calendar was always so full we physically couldn’t fit in everyone we wanted to see. I also want him to know the bravery you showed everyday, facing into anything life threw at you with strength of a warrior, a smile on your face and laughter in your eyes. This is the legacy you leave for our little boy, this and so much more. Thank you for 13 amazing years. 🎆 even brighter than the moon. ❤️ forever xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Alright. I’m honestly relieved that this is finally coming out, so we can finally put an end to the fairytale conspiracies about March 4, courtesy of Joe Flipperhead and the ratchet harem. Since Aidan and his Dollar-Tree-sidekick Chelsea want to drag March 4th into the public arena, let’s do it properly– with facts, not the fairy tale he’s been feeding everyone. The rumors flying around are completely untrue, and I’ve wanted to defend myself for weeks, but Aidan has spent the last month threatening me, telling people that if the truth ever came out he’d “turn me into the next Lindsey,” that everyone would believe him because he has a platform, and even declaring he’d tell his followers to contact my work. Well, here we are. Since he chose to drag this into the public and sic his ratchet brigade on me, I’m finally telling the actual story. That night wasn’t some dramatic “Meredith tried to send me to jail” moment. It was a drunk, disgusting fight between two adults—the kind Aidan has on rotation with every woman he dates. Both of us were very intoxicated, but he was blackout drunk, verbally abusive, and filming me against my will. I told him to stop. He didn’t. I’d found out about him sexting another girl and had bottled up emotions for months, which is what started the argument. I asked him to leave after he said horrible things to me, including calling me fat and useless, that people only like me because I’m “Turtleboy’s girlfriend”. I asked him to leave and he began recording me, pointing a phone in my face while I repeatedly told him to stop. He lost his own key, and because he couldn’t remember anything, he made up a story that I “stole it.” Imagine spreading this fantasy when I have him on video of me asking him to return MY KEYS? I was uncomfortable, overwhelmed, and didn’t want a drunken fight being filmed. He took our feud out into the common area of my building, disturbing other tenants. So yes, I said “you hit me,” specifically because I believed he wouldn’t share the video if I said that. I said it so he would STOP RECORDING ME, and he has a full video that I clearly say, “I’m only saying that so you’ll stop recording me.” I never reported anything to the police, never intended to, never would. He knows this. We discussed this fact many times the next day and several occasions in the last few months. That context has been deliberately cut out to push a fake narrative, but don’t worry, I’ll be posting the full videos that I took of that night. When he’s threatened me with releasing this very video, he admitted it would be edited out and no one would believe me over him. Meanwhile, the victim cosplay he’s doing now? Pathetic. He claims he was “stuck” in my house. Reality: I asked him to leave over and over. This narrative that he was somehow stuck there held hostage is simply not true. Reality: I have video of him refusing to get out of my bed, not “sleeping on the couch.” Reality: I have video of him screaming at me like a lunatic. Reality: He lost his key because he was hammered, then somehow turned that into me “stealing it.” Reality: He was causing a huge scene in my apartment throwing a literal temper tantrum on the floor. With other tenants in the building, I was genuinely concerned someone would call the police. He also lies that I tried to keep him from court the next day. Reality? I gave him my car so he could get to court. I sat in the passenger seat half-dead from a hangover while chauffeuring Captain Accountability to his court date. I sat next to him during court, then eventually throwing up in a bag on the way home. Then he used that same car to drive to his house for his spare key, and back again. I supported him through the entire aftermath, like I did every time. But now he’s trying to pretend he was some endangered baby deer and I was plotting to Lindsay him? Get real. This narrative that I was somehow trying to get him arrested? An absolutely disgusting lie considering the trauma that situation caused him. Not to mention the countless hours I spent during our 1.5 year relationship assisting with his legal defense to keep him OUT of jail. He knows it’s not true. He knows exactly what happened. Do you really think if his narrative were true, he’d stay with me for months to come and not file his own police report? But he also knows he thrives off playing victim, and he knows he has people willing to believe anything he says without question. Over the last month, behind the scenes with recording gate, he’s been telling me and others that if I ever spoke up, he’d ruin me. That he’d twist the story because he has the bigger platform. That he’d make sure people contacted my job. He has leaked private texts, sent people after me, and used Chelsea, a woman he cheated on me with, to push his manufactured victim narrative. But here’s the truth: Aidan is not the victim of March 5th. He was drunk, verbally abusive, refusing to leave, and escalating a situation he then turned around and weaponized. And like every situation he touches, every feud, every fallout, every “enemy,” every messy disaster, he plays the same role: the powerless victim of consequences he created. At some point, people need to recognize the common denominator. I stayed silent because I didn’t want this ugliness public. I didn’t want to embarrass him. I didn’t want to rehash something painful, private, and humiliating for both of us. But since he chose to send CamelToe Joe and his ratchet harem to post private fights, twist reality, and smear me, I’m done being quiet. Aidan is incapable of having a private relationship and ending. And Chelsea…hun. I know your brain cells are limited, but your "insurance" explanation makes no sense. When did he send you this video? Months after it happened? Why would you need insurance at that point? You’re being used like a scratch-off ticket from Cumberland Farms. He feeds you a cropped video and suddenly you’re Nancy Drew with a nicotine patch? Please. You weren’t even in the picture until after he was done cheating with you. These videos paint a wildly different picture of the fake victim narrative CamelToe Joe has been pushing, huh? I’ll be posting more soon, about the recording, about every single lie he has chosen to spread through his minions the last two months. I guess I was crazy to think Aidan would ever be okay with someone walking away and moving on peacefully. Since Aidan wanted the truth out, he's about to get it. PS- Speaking of men being fake scared of women– Funny how some people with very chaotic personal histories suddenly decide they’re the moral authority on my life, enough so to peddle lies on their large platforms. If I had these kinds of pasts, I'd probably sit this one out, and maybe stop throwing stones from your glass basements and (mom’s) houses.

p.s: a long read but worth. love it every time taynew talk about their relationship dynamic, can literally sit all day long hearing the whole thing ♡ 💬 Did Hin told Te beforehand about cheek-to-cheek or Tay just got attacked by Hin? 🐳 No discussion before, Hin just did it. You guys must be know my personality and Hin’s personality well already. I’m the type who— how do I say it, I have to think before doing. Here’s the thing, I just took Enneagram course. Before, it was just self-taught and I knew my type, but after meeting this guru and got to dive in deeply, turns out I’m actually the type I never thought of before. As well as New. These Enneagram types are truly something we should study super deeply because it can shift depends on wings and arrows point that show in stress or relaxed situation, but finding our real true type is so difficult to find. I got Type 5, which the knowledge type, I’d feel less secure when I think my knowledge is not enough. I’ve always thought I was Type 9, the peacemaker, turns out I’m Type 5. So what I’m trying to say is, we have completely different personalities, New is the jumper one. He doesn’t like doing lot of practice, you know, doing the same thing over and over. He’s that, “Don’t put too much thought into it, just do it.” which actually can be a good side of him at some point. He won’t think much and let his instinct works. I’d say that both of our personalities got its own good and bad side. New can use his intuition, more realistic, you know, he can be a thing the way he wanted it to be—I can’t find the right words. But that’s not how I am, I tend to use my head too much, which actually can be an obstacle for my profession at some points. I won’t be able to jump when at one point I have to jump, because I’m too afraid of my unpreparedness and feel less secured. My head needs it to be structured about what to do for me to have a courage to do it. Instead, New will be like, “Like this and this, ok let’s do it.” As I said, these two personalities has its own good and bad side to be working in this industry. Thus, in growing up we have to adapt and pick each other good side to fulfill what we lack of. I have to learn how to jump, New has to learn how to be more structured and secured. I have to learn to think less, because after thinking much, in the end it never really give good results anyway. Every single time, I always do it better during practice than the real performance because I think too much. This is such a really bad side for someone who uses their head too much. For New, he always do it better in the real performance than practice, every single time. But “Faak Jai” is maybe the first performance I think I did it (better on real day). At that time, I tried to think the way New did, to focus on the present, and I’m proud of myself to can actually do it. It’s probably my first time ever since working in this industry to actually feel that kind of feeling. So about the cheek-to-cheek, yeah I think this is the perfect dynamics of TayNew, how I’m the overthinker one, while Hin always doing things not under control. Like, it’s a mix of well-prepared and spontaneity in both of us together. For example, if it’s New alone, it won’t look that smooth and look that well-prepared. On the other hand, if it’s me alone, there won’t gonna be such a magic moment that comes spontaneously. New fill things up and make things more perfect. If it were two people with the same personality like me, it’d be too rigid. This is the good side of having a work partner with different personality as us.

A rant ⚠️ I grew up in Iran. I lived there most of my life. Four years ago, I would have told you Islam and the Islamic Republic are separate. I believed that. I defended that distinction. Today, for many of us, that distinction no longer feels real. Islam did not arrive in Iran peacefully. It entered through conquest. And today, religion is again enforced through state power. When faith repeatedly arrives and survives through coercion, it’s not surprising that people question the foundation itself. This anger did not come from nowhere. It came from being told this is a “religion of peace” while brutality was justified through it, and from watching leaders openly say they would kill thousands, even millions, to protect their rule and reshape and erase Iranian identity. And it came from hearing people, safe and comfortable in other countries, insist their beliefs are peaceful while defending or excusing that violence. I don’t have many religious relatives left. The ones who were deeply religious have lost whatever faith they had. That may be the Islamic Republic’s greatest and only achievement. And don’t use “diaspora” to silence us. Many of us were raised there. Our families are still there. Our grief is still there. The only difference is that we can speak without being arrested. Being diaspora does not make this lighter. My body may be here, but my mind is not. I don’t sleep or eat peacefully. Every day I see another face, another story, people who had plans, families, ordinary lives before they reduced into numbers, numbers that many deny or mock. These aren’t statistics. They look like people I love. While we can mourn freely, our relatives back home are threatened into silence, even during their 40th day memorials. When my cousin called after attending protests, I was grateful she was alive. She told me she wished she wasn’t, after watching her friends get shot and killed on the street. She told me about a friend who was raped in prison. Another cousin disappeared during the Mahsa Amini uprising. Weeks of silence. We didn’t know if she was alive. Years earlier, her husband had already been killed. She survived that. Now she has been killed too. Even now, relatives tell us to delete messages. To unsend. Because sharing the full truth could cost them their lives. “If only you knew the details” People are not only killed. They are silenced while still breathing. If you continue blaming victims while defending a government that uses faith to justify brutality, against women, men, children, even animals, then you are choosing what you stand for. Attacking innocent people does not protect your religion. It reveals it.

THIS MADE ME LAUGH IN A "you are just waking up" kind of way! 😂 If you know this man well, you’d understand that he fits the profile of "I am Yoruba but..." He used to come online and praise the Igbos, making it seem like the Yorubas who were speaking out about the disrespectful nature of the Igbos were in the wrong. He criticized Yoruba conservatives for voicing their concerns, while Igbos happily shared his videos with captions like, “Look at a Yoruba man saying all these things about Yorubas! Thank God it’s a Yoruba man saying it.” But today, this same man has realized that the Yoruba conservatives were right after all! 😂🤣😁 This is probably the fourth video I've seen of Yoruba liberals admitting they were wrong. Like I always say, I need the Igbos to keep doing what they are doing, and people like us will continue to amplify it for them . I can’t count how many direct messages I’ve received from Yoruba liberals thanking me for helping them see the truth about what’s going on. That alone keeps me going. No Yoruba should ever allow anyone to gaslight you or bully you for anything. If I weren’t strong, I would have given up after they targeted me, posting different pictures online claiming they were of me and my Family . They even went as far as making Arise News talk about me to try to bully me into hiding. But I’m like, “You all don’t know that what lies ahead of me is much greater than your bullying.” We must sanitize the Yoruba mindset. We have been liberal because we love and accept guests to come into our land to live and thrive , but when that guest starts to mess up your TV remote and break glass cups, you realize it’s time to call that guest to order. DO NOT LET ANYONE GASLIGHT YOU INTO HATING YOURSELF JUST BECAUSE THEY WANT YOU TO DULL YOUR LIGHT FOR THEM TO SHINE! 🌀⚕️

BARTHTANRAK HEARTS DESIRE #TicketToHeavenEP3 After rewatching this specific scene, I just need to scream about how incredibly gentle, nuanced, and soft their dynamic is? First of all, can we talk about how Tanrak is honestly so easy to coax? The second Barth tells him that he is asking because he genuinely cares about how he feels, Tanrak’s entire demeanor softens. You can literally see the tension leave his body just knowing that his feelings carry weight with Barth. But it got me thinking about the exact nature of the jealousy here. I was initially torn between two theories about what Barth is actually thinking: 1. Barth knows Tanrak is jealous of him being close to Cherry because he’s aware Tanrak has special feelings for him. 2. Barth thinks Tanrak likes Cherry, and assumes Tanrak is jealous because Cherry is getting close to Barth instead. Honestly, both make sense on the surface, but when you look at the flow of the conversation, Reason 1 absolutely takes the win. When Barth sits up and says, "I'm asking you because if you don't want me to do it, I won't," he is putting all the power into Tanrak’s hands. If Barth thought Tanrak just liked Cherry, he would probably back off to let Tanrak pursue her. Instead, Barth directly centers the decision around Tanrak's comfort level with him. He is essentially saying, "Your comfort matters more to me than this play." He knows exactly who Tanrak is actually looking at. At the same time, instead of forcing Tanrak to explain why he’s so bothered or demanding a confession he clearly isn't ready to give, Barth just meets Tanrak right where he is. He doesn't press him for answers; he just gives him the exact reassurance and physical comfort he needs to stop overthinking. And then... the ending of this scene. Oh my god. 😭 The whole "lying flat" sequence where Tanrak tries to hide his face and says, "this is how normal looks like," followed by Barth’s gentle insistence to just look at him? And that nose touch?! It was absolutely devastating. It’s such a classic, intimate gesture of pure fondness and comfort. It’s Barth’s silent way of saying, "I see right through you, and I’ve got you." Beyond the writing, we absolutely have to praise the actors because their acting here is a masterclass in subtlety. Fourth does an incredible job with his micro-expressions. The way he initially avoids eye contact, staring blankly upward to shield himself, shows a boy trying desperately to lock his feelings away. But the moment Barth starts coaxing him, you can see the exact shift in his eyes—the way his guard completely drops, melting into pure vulnerability. He portrays that quiet longing and internal conflict so beautifully without needing loud dialogue. And Gemini is just phenomenal at shifting the tone. He anchors the entire scene with his grounding presence. The way he delivers his lines with that low, soft, conversational whisper makes the moment feel so entirely private and sacred. He plays Barth with this effortless emotional maturity—the gentle tilt of his head, the warm, knowing smile, and the absolute tenderness in his hand movement as he reaches for Tanrak’s nose. GeminiFourth have this natural, unforced rhythm together where they aren't just reading lines; they are completely reacting to each other's energy. It’s their acting that takes a simple conversation on a bunk bed and turns it into something that feels so deeply intimate and real. Their interactions are just so incredibly gentle and tender. There is absolutely nothing "bro-bro" about the way they look at each other. They are completely rewriting the rules of their dynamic right here, and I am not surviving it! 🫠✨ #.GeminiFourth #.เจมีไนน์โฟร์ท #.Gemini_NT #.Fourthnattawat

This is Apollo. This story still stings. I returned from a tour in Iraq in early 2015. My wife was pregnant with our first son. I knew I would not be going anywhere for several months, unless there was a dire need. We decided the time was right to get a dog to add to our growing family. I don't remember how we found Apollo. We got him from the shelter, but I don't know if Dolly saw him online or if we just stumbled across him. I was struck by his amazing eyes. I'd had an Australian Shepherd before and I knew it was a breed that I loved. He hopped right in my car. Dolly even took the back seat so I could sit next to my new best friend. Together, we brought him to his new home. What a great dog he was. We immediately became tied at the hip. I took him for walks, runs, and hikes off leash. I put in the time to train him; we would walk to the bakery or the butcher shop (at the time, we lived the town life), tell him to sit outside, and he would be there on the sidewalk still sitting here when we came out. It was wonderful having such a happy and well-trained dog. Everybody loved him. They'd never seen a dog with eyes like his. I'm sure he loved all the attention too. My first concern came with my newborn son. He did not do as well with children as I would have liked. At times, he gave him a sideways glance that I didn't like. I kept an eye on him as best I could when he was around my son, but he had given me no reason not to trust him, so I didn't worry much. He was wonderful in every other way. Then, suddenly, he wasn't. We had a notary over to collect signatures from us so we could close on a refinance of our home. After sitting at our dining room table for about an hour, signing papers, the notary rose to leave. Apollo, who had been sitting at my feet, must have been startled by the sudden movement. Like a bolt of lightning, he bit. Just once, but it was a shock. The notary was a real mensch. He didn't get angry. He showed humanity. He knew that we would never have had Apollo unrestrained if we had had any idea that he would do something like that. If only everyone was so understanding as he. But fear crept into my heart that there was something about my dog that was not compatible with the family life that we had. We kept Apollo on a shorter leash after that, both figuratively and literally. The off leash hikes were a thing of the past, but we hoped this would prove to be just a one-off anomaly. It wasn't. A month and a half later, just days out from another deployment, I was sitting in my living room talking to a very good friend, a Master Gunnery Sergeant in the USMC (who, as an aside, donated $1,000 to our GiveSendGo campaign to #SaveLucy, thank you 🙏). Apollo was familiar with him already, so I was off my guard, and didn't notice Apollo giving him the stinkeye until it was too late. Apollo lunged and bit. He immediately backed off, but the horrid realization came to me at that moment that my fears were true. My options were limited on the eve of a deployment. To socialize Apollo and train this behavior out of him would take time. I didn't have time. We also didn't have family in the area and Dolly was pregnant again. I couldn't leave my pregnant wife alone for the duration of my tour with a dog who had shown a tendency to bite. I couldn't turn a blind eye to the sideways look he occasionally gave my infant son. Not anymore. I made the devastating decision to rehome him. On what I knew would be our final ride together, he hopped right into the front seat and looked at me, tongue dangling out of his mouth in a happy, sloppy pant, his nub of a tail bobbing up and down, wondering what wonderful adventure daddy was taking him on this time. I'm sure he was confident it was going to be a great time no matter what. It felt like betrayal to me. When we reached the shelter, he faithfully followed me in. We sat in a corner. He leaned against my legs and I stroked his head one final time. It felt like we sat there forever, but I didn't mind. I would have been happy for time to stop, to stay in that moment, just me and my dog, stripped of all externalities, for eternity. But time didn't stop. At length, the door opened and a lady entered. Apollo pressed in against my shins. His 40 pound weight felt heavy. Crushing. I gave him one last embrace, then closed my eyes. "That's a good boy," I whispered, though I couldn't bring myself to look. "I'll always love you." She took Apollo and led him through the door, never for me to see him again. Even today, when I close my eyes, I can still feel the weight of his warm body pressing against mine, trusting me to keep him safe. That was as hard a thing as I've ever done in my life. It was a no-kill shelter, but I played things close to the chest. I did not tell them the worst details. I only mentioned my fear of possible aggression against my child while I was deployed. I did not want to jeopardize Apollo's chance at another opportunity. For months, I kept checking the shelter's website for information about him, but I never saw an update. I do not know what became of him, sadly. I got back home and Dolly asked me where Apollo was. I don't remember if I said anything. I was numb. I hadn't told her where I was going or what I was doing. I had not wanted anything to change my mind. I knew my heart wasn't in it, but I wasn't going to be stopped. It was the right thing to do for my wife, son, and community. Her tears flowed when she realized what I had done. She also loved Apollo. I went to lay on the bed upstairs and be alone. Just weeks later, in a mudhole in the desert, I met my sweet Lucy and my heart began to heal. Saving her from that war zone helped me deal with the lingering guilt I felt about Apollo. I continue to feel the sting of that experience. I wouldn't change what I did though. I love dogs. I will always stand up for dogs when they are mistreated. I will adopt unwanted dogs when I am able. A great measure of a man is how he treats dogs. I aim to always pass that test. But I will always defend human life. Only humans are made in the image of God. I hope and pray that God has a place for dogs when this life is over, but humans He created with souls destined for glory. "You have never talked to a mere mortal," CS Lewis explained. "Nations, cultures, arts, civilizations - these are mortal, and their life is to ours as the life of a gnat. But it is immortals whom we joke with, work with, marry, snub, and exploit - immortal horrors or everlasting splendors." I completely agree. I love dogs. They have no guile in them, no duplicity. A dog will not tell you a lie. I like them better than I like people, often. But I cannot choose a dog over a life that was uniquely created to glorify the Almighty (Isaiah 43:7). I will always protect human life. That is why I served. That is why I deployed several times. To protect people, even when they didn't realize they needed protecting. I failed once. I received a report about a plot to blow up a bomb in Beirut. I got it out with all the speed and precision I could, but it got bogged down by the sideshow of the editing process for hours. I got distracted and didn't follow up on it aggressively. In the end, I'm sure the bureaucrats in their cubicles transliterated the names correctly. I'm sure they crossed every T and dotted every I. But at a price. A devastating price. I woke up the next morning to read in the news that a bomb had gone off in Beirut. It was carried out by the people my report said would carry it out. It took place in the exact locale I said it would take place. 43 people dead. Hundreds wounded. Families shattered. I didn't know these people, but my heart sank. Human life is sacred. I will always work to defend it. If I can save a few dogs along the way, great. That is also the Lord's work. But I will never keep a dog that is a danger to my neighbors. Whatever their sins, their harassment, libel, and cunning deceits, they are made in the image of God with souls destined for eternity. Lucy, my 11-year-old dog that survived ISIS, is no danger to my them. I know it in my very bones. The Mountains Have Eyes said that the DA told him I was not a responsible dog owner when he called to inquire about Lucy. This viewpoint is informed by a false impression given to her by our gossipy, well-connected neighbors, not by the facts. I want to tell her about Apollo. Dolly Spice- Jones 🌱🎵 Leisha
