The are space technology roads. Roads on Moon,Mars, Venus look and feel like that only. Everyday I drive in Pune the same space technology.

25 Cr was ALLOCATED... Question is, how much was actually received after all the "Deductions" ? GST : 12% on 25 Cr: 3Cr "Facilitation Charges" @ 20% on 25 Cr: 5 Cr. "Inspection Charges" @ 10% on 25Cr: 2.5 Cr Amt Left: 14.5 Cr Actual work done : 4.5 Cr. Profit : 10 Cr.

Hey its never the Contractors alone who mint its a long line up of kickbacks n hence substandard roads. Infra upgrade is the latest loot. No ED IT CBI around for them.
