dude, I've been trying to get my quarter million watt generator started for ages, this guy is a saint!
That dude is amazing. I watch him on youtube all the time. His long video about going to jail for dealing bitcoin early on was both humble and hilarious. That dude is incredibly blessed with a job he loves and respects.
a quarter million watt generator... and they controls are labeled with a sharpie. 🤣🤣🤣
Who is Manuel and why do they have a control knob for him
Seeing that guy in a button uo shirt tucked into slacks is a little jarring.
Back the '80s on an SSBN, the Aux Fwd watch was shifting the 400kw, 400Hz motor generators, but got them 180 out of sync. Completely destroyed one of them.
250 KW... You can run 2 x NVIDIA 120 KW racks. Congratulations.
Sometimes the startup sequence can have unintended consequences...
And that's pretty cool
The misspelled scribbled Sharpie labels.
Manuel is doing a lot of work here…
Very well. Gordon, the intercom system is online now. We'll be synchronizing in three, two, one... Gordon, we cannot predict how long the system can operate at this level, nor how long the reading will take. Please, work as quickly as you can.
It’s good but a properly programmed PLC would do that.
I would be freaking out when I first heard it wind up....
Chris Boden mentioned!
big fan of the sharpie comments universal labeling system 😅
What I was hoping to see was a total “cold start” of a power plant, beginning with the battery room, and no external supply from the grid. THAT would be interesting!
"HEY WANNA SEE SOMETHIN COOL!?" everyone should watch his videos
Oh, I've seen this one before. "Open your wicket gate slowly. Start at 30%."
The exciter sounds like a reactor out of a sci-fi movie
That "no" had the exact length it should have.
Reminds me of my turbo encabulator
"Wanna see something cool?!"
I'm engaging my exciter rn
my kinda content
Manuel
Okay, but who is Manuel?
I do love his videos always … this fuckin thing 😂…. Also credit the maker!
I would love to upgrade this panel.
i love @physicsduck 's videos lol
Seems like age group rating did and were having media upkeep secuity report concerns for age group and the scenarios ongoing
that seems like a process that'd be very easy to automate
