Today I’ve been doing a lot of thinking, and this is from my heart. Thank you Dad for being a wonderful father. Thank you Mom for being truly the best mother! I love you Jessica. It was a blast growing up with you. I wish I could see you all more. Thank you to all my family; aunts and uncles on my father’s side and my mother’s side. Thank you to Adalis for the 17 best years of my life. Thank you Camila for making life exponentially more enjoyable. Thank you to all the pastors who opened their platforms to me at 19,20,21,22. Guys that probably think I forgot about them like Dr. Samuel Bombara, Doug Sayers, and David Sanville. Thank you for helping me get started. Thank you to every pastor who opened their church to me to preach in the last 21 years. I’m filled with gratitude for your kindness. Thank you to Dr. Rodney Howard Browne. My life took an upward turn when I met you. You have been a true, caring friend and mentor. Thank you to our Revival Today family. You’ve never wavered in working to reach the lost. Thank you to our Revival Today Church family in Pittsburgh and now Fort Worth. You hold a dear place in my heart! Thank you to everyone who threatened to kill me for not actually killing me. We all have bad days. But mostly, I want to thank whoever is reading this. You have likely baked me something, encouraged me, or shown me kindness in some way. I hope you know how much I appreciate you. You send me ice cream. You send things you’ve made that express your love, and many times there’s no name attached, so I have no way to thank you. So thank you. You warm my heart. Thanks for caring about me and what I do. Thanks for treating me like your own brother or son. At the risk of sounding creepy, I wish I could hug you today. In 43 years I’ve had very few negative encounters with anyone. People have been so nice to me for no reason. Thank you. But most of all, I don’t know if you read Instagram or not, but thank you Jesus. You saved me. You called me. And then you took me all over the world. I have had so much fun telling people about you and your Word. You’ve kept me extremely healthy and so full of joy. Thank you for 43 years of life. I owe you everything.

REVIEW TIME!!! Review: Preferredgardens “Pearlz” Lazer Gun x Zoap Grown by The Flowery (FL) Overall Comments I was really excited for this one. I waited for it to go on sale, and the batch I got was actually pretty fresh too. Unfortunately this ended up being another annoying miss from The Flowery. I used to really like them, but lately it feels like every pickup just disappoints me more and more. At this point it’s getting frustrating. Honestly, the stuff I’ve been getting from Curaleaf has been smoking 10x better than this, which is wild considering the price difference. Flavor / Accuracy Genetically this should be bringing some nice Zoap characteristics, but they barely come through. There’s a faint hint of that sweet, slightly citrusy Zoap profile hiding in the background, but it never really gets the chance to shine. The mineral taste hits hard and ends up covering most of what should have been a really nice terp profile. You can tell the Zoap is trying to be there, but it’s buried under that salty, mineral heavy smoke. Ash Super salt and pepper ash with zero resin ring. Not even a hint of one forming. It honestly didn’t even try. Effects This is really the only redeeming factor. I’m typing this review while high off it, so it definitely works. That said, the effects don’t make the experience any less annoying. I’m not mad because it’s weed and it got me high, but damn. Why does something with Zoap in the lineage end up tasting like straight minerals and salts with the good flavor buried underneath? Final Thoughts Truly disappointed here. I think this might be the last straw for me with Florida grown Preferred Gardens for a while. The genetics clearly have potential, but the execution just keeps missing.

🚨 JUST IN: Mitch McConnell’s office has released a statement and PHOTO of the Senator sitting in his hospital bed confirming he will NOT be on the Senate floor anytime soon Hey McConnell: you do not OWN that Senate seat. If you can’t do your job, RESIGN. Kentuckians deserve their representation. And you’re not representing them. I’m sorry you’re in bad shape, but Kentuckians should not be burdened by your inability to do the job you were elected to do. — FULL STATEMENT FROM McCONNELL’S OFFICE: “To my fellow Kentuckians – When you elected me to a seventh term and made me our Commonwealth’s longest serving Senator, you did so trusting that I’d keep showing up to fight for you every day. And over the past several weeks, Elaine and I have appreciated both your well wishes and your honest questions about what was keeping me away from the Senate. You all know how folks of my generation often hesitate to share the vulnerability that comes with growing older. Even in the public eye, I feel that same instinct – I can’t help it. But at the same time, I’ve had more than my share of experience with physical vulnerabilities. Surviving childhood polio meant spending my entire life with mobility challenges. They haven’t exactly gotten easier to manage with age. And last month, I took a fall which landed me in the hospital. My doctors have confirmed that I didn’t break any bones or suffer a concussion. I didn’t have a heart attack or a stroke. I don’t have any tumors or hemorrhages. But I was briefly unconscious and was taken to the hospital. While receiving excellent care over the past several weeks, I’ve also had to deal with a mild case of pneumonia. I can assure you that I’ve been a good patient. At my age, I tend to do what my doctors tell me to do. I’ve submitted to every test they can think of to help figure out what caused this incident. And I’m continuing to do everything they ask to speed my recovery. In fact, with signs of continued progress, I’ve been able to move from hospital care to a rehabilitation center where I’ll keep regaining my strength. As much as it frustrates me, this process takes time. And on the advice of my doctors, I won’t be able to return to the Senate floor to vote quite yet. But rest assured that, in the meantime, I’m not taking a break from the Senate business that matters to you. I’ve been working closely with my legislative staff on current issues, and with my Kentucky team who help me provide timely constituent services across our Commonwealth. I’ve also been keeping in touch with my Senate colleagues on the appropriations process, midterm politics, and everything in between. You’re right to expect your representatives to work hard for you. And part of my decision to retire at the end of my term this coming January was being honest about the demands of Senate work. But I still have unfinished business to complete on your behalf, and I have every intention of finishing the job you elected me to do. I’ll keep working hard to get back on the Senate floor as soon as possible. And I’ll keep you posted on the progress of my recovery. Until then, I’m so grateful for your prayers and well wishes.

After 3 incredible years and 1.6M students later, my journey at ALX Africa has come to an end. It has been a life-changing experience, during which I made a lot of friends, worked with an incredibly dedicated team, and met so many talented students. A few numbers. We scaled from a few thousand students to 1.6M students on our platform. Students loved it and many of them took more than one course: 4M total! For the famous #ALX_SE Software engineering program, our SE students made an average of 2,000 commits and our checker reviewed 180M of their projects. That’s 2B lines of code… and that was before Claude Code. They actually wrote these themselves (unless Kimba said otherwise :) A big thank you to all my SE team mates, I am so proud of what we have accomplished, and I will really miss you all. Thank you to Fred for the trust he put in me and always supporting my crazy new and disruptive ideas. Thank you to my students. It was an honor to work with you, watch you struggle but relentlessly move forward, no matter what, until you got this job. To those who are still struggling finding this job, keep pushing forward. Don’t let go. You got this. You all have worked so hard and I am so proud of you. You are the greatest thing I've ever been part of and I can't wait to see what impact you will have on the world. It’s your turn to shine now, and hopefully for some of you to give back to the community whenever you are in a position to. I hope you’ll keep sharing the good news with me when you get this internship, this job, or when you launch your company. These messages are everything to me. In any case, I’ll be watching you from afar, and you can count on me to continue answering all your LinkedIn and X messages. Can’t conclude without ALX Africa’s signature: continue to “Do Hard Things”. Remember who you are, where you are coming from, and where you set out to go. I’ll see you there soon. With love. Wooyoung’s message to Hongjoong: 🐈‍⬛ The way you’re always growing and becoming cooler and cooler - I feel so, so proud that you’re part of our team. You really make me think, “Ah, he is the biggest treasure of our team.” 🐿️ I’m confused now~ 🐈‍⬛ We’ve been preparing a lot together for this concert, and first of all, I just want to say you worked really hard. And in “Wake Up” (최면), if you look at your rap… 🐿️ Ah~ I think I know who this is… I can totally tell. 🐈‍⬛ There’s this killer rap part in there, and I think ATINY are really going to love it. 🐿️ The way he’s talking… feels kinda familiar! 🐈‍⬛ I think this concert will really show off your dancing too, so please prepare well and don’t get hurt. 🐿️ Huh..? What’s going on… 🐈‍⬛ I hope you can show ATINY a great side of you. 🐿️ Ah, this is confusing. 🐈‍⬛ Ah… 🐿️ Ah? 🐈‍⬛ I’m sure it’s mentally draining with so much to learn, but take care of your mental state, okay? 🐿️ That’s definitely it - especially that last part. Even with the voice disguised, I can hear it. Ah, Jung Wooyoung, this is definitely… 🐈‍⬛ Don’t get sick! Don’t go around all day holding your stomach going “Arghhh”- do well, okay? ♡ 🐿️ Now I get why he kept going “Arghhh.” Yeah, this is totally Jung Wooyoung. Q: At which point did you realize who it was? 🐿️ It was when “Wake Up” got mentioned- because Wooyoung had said he wanted to hear a fast rap, and that’s why I wrote that rap for “Wake Up”. Also, there was this one day I was really sick while we were preparing for the concert, and Wooyoung stayed by my side and really looked after me. Hongjoong’s message to Wooyoung: 🐿️ Wooyoung-ah, even though you don’t show it, you always take care of me in your own way. And when I get all stiff or too serious, you joke around with me and loosen me up - thank you for that. Please keep looking after me in the future too. Fighting~! video cr. cozy_az

Mohammad thanks everyone who has given to his campaign, confirming that he regularly receives your contributions. This is a scam-free campaign supporting an extended family with a newborn suffering genocide-induced developmental issues, failing to draw in what is needed for nutrition. Please chip-in & spread widely! Link in the comments: "Thank you everyone for your ongoing contributions. We have regularly received your contributions, which we are surviving on." The effects of genocide are causing terrible developmental issues for their newborn son, and their lack of financial resources, limiting their ability to provide adequate nutrition, only intensifies this. Mohammad asked me to share this extended note detailing their struggle: "I wanted to share with you what we’ve been going through lately regarding my little boy. He’s now about two and a half years old, and it’s been a really tough journey. It seems he suffered from oxygen deficiency at birth, but with everything that happened at the start of the war, his condition wasn't properly caught back then. Even now, he still can’t walk or speak, and his comprehension is quite limited. What’s frustrating is that we’ve taken him to so many neurologists and orthopedic specialists, and all the tests came back 'normal' and 'excellent,' yet there’s no progress. On top of that, the nerve medications he needs are nowhere to be found in Gaza. It’s a very heavy situation to handle, and I just wanted to keep you in the loop about our reality."

I’m probably one of the only Teslanaires out there, if not one of the very few, still cutting my own hair. I cut my own hair again today, and it reminded me that becoming a multi-millionaire usually isn’t a random coincidence. People see the $ and think it just happened. What they usually don’t see are the small habits behind it. Of course, I could go spend $25–$50 on a haircut that probably looks better than the one I give myself. But that’s not really what matters to me. I don’t care that much about looking perfect. I care about controlling my time. I care about staying grounded. I care about keeping the kind of habits that helped me build wealth in the first place. And honestly, I enjoy doing it. I’ve been cutting my own hair for so many years that I don’t even think about going to the barber anymore. It’s just normal to me now. It saves time, keeps me frugal, and reminds me that wealth is usually built in the small choices nobody claps for. That’s the part people miss. A lot of people see wealth and assume it was luck. But a lot of the time, it’s really the result of small disciplined habits repeated for years. Not wasting $ just bc you can. Not wasting time just bc other people do. And the funny part is, one day my fleet of Tesla Bots will probably be doing it for me anyway. But until then, I’m good doing it myself. Bc to me, being wealthy was never about trying to look rich. It was about building a mindset. A mindset that values time, discipline, and freedom more than appearances. And once you really live that way, it shows up in a lot of things, even something as simple as cutting your own hair.

5-Month Methylene Blue Update I've been taking Methylene Blue since October and I wanted to reflect on the first 5 months with it. I’ve been micro-dosing to experience the mental benefits, so usually 3-5 drops. In the first couple months the effects were truly mind-blowing. The cognitive enhancements felt like magic. My focus became laser-sharp, and my memory was spot-on, especially my visual recall. The enhancement of my mental-visual abilities was the most amazing change. I've always been a very visual person. If I had an idea, I could picture it much easier than I could explain it. Methylene Blue increased that ability tenfold. Verbalizing my thoughts became much easier as well. Methylene Blue is certainly a verbal lubricant; my words would flow off the tongue almost effortlessly (in a good way). So, 5 months in, those skills are still heightened, but the dramatics have worn off since I'm now used to these "Super Abilities" It's remarkable that I never felt like my cognitive abilities would decline if I missed a few days of Methylene Blue. The mental benefits were long-lasting. Methylene Blue is great to cycle on and off since the effects last. The thing that still feels like magic to this day is the motivation I get from a dose of Methylene Blue before a workout. The feeling I get from a large glass of water with honey or maple syrup, Himalayan salt, and Methylene Blue is pure drive. Drive, motivation, inspiration, and feeling like I can take on the world are what the above elixir provides. Not to be confused with energy like caffeine would give, it's a much deeper feeling of drive. It instills a mindset shift of "I'm going to do what I came here to do." Truly a life changing substance and I’m so glad I tried it. I’m happy I am learning about it so I can teach my friends and family about MB. I think everyone that can should be experiencing the laundry list of benefits from Methylene Blue. Check the first comment for helpful links. 15% off and a tool to search potential interactions. I want to know when you try it and what you think!
