KHALISTAN SLOGANS AT DELHI METROS: WARNING MODI’S “POLITICAL DEATH” AHEAD OF AUGUST 15 SFJ Ties Trump Administration’s 100% Tariff Bill With Kill India Economically Campaign SFJ’s August 15 Directive: $111,000 Reward to Stop Modi Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), the international human rights and advocacy group spearheading the global Khalistan Referendum, has released raw video footage documenting Khalistan slogans painted across scores of metro stations throughout Delhi ahead of India’s Independence Day. The Khalistan graffiti was painted at high-traffic transit hubs, including M G Road, Sikanderpur, Tikri Border, and Shadipur metro stations. The walls of metro stations now carry the directives “15 August Target Red Fort Modi” and “Trump USA - SFJ Khalistan Zindabad,” presenting a direct ideological challenge to India’s governance over Punjab. SFJ’s August 15 Directive: $111,000 Reward to Stop Modi SFJ declares that August 15 is not a day of independence for the Sikh community, but a day of intense political defiance to advance the campaign for an independent Punjab. In a direct directive, SFJ has offered a reward of $111,000 to anyone who stops Prime Minister Narendra Modi from raising the Indian tricolour (Tiranga) at the Red Fort on Independence Day. SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun stated: “The strategic placement of Khalistan Referendum slogans at the Delhi Metro serves to secure the immediate attention of the ambassadors of the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia in an attempt to highlight that Sikhs are facing ethnic cleansing under India’s Modi Regime.” “By targeting the diplomatic heart of India’s capital, SFJ aims to internationalise the unresolved issue of the Sikh right to self-determination and the Khalistan Referendum, which seeks the independence of Punjab,” added Pannun. Trump Administration’s 100% Tariff Bill Will Kill India Economically By invoking the specific slogan “Trump USA Khalistan Zindabad,” SFJ bridges the regional independence movement with global democratic leadership. Trump administration’s 100% tariff bill will “Kill India” economically by dealing a severe catastrophic blow to India’s businesses, and SFJ is strategically engaging U.S. policymakers. SFJ urges the United States to support a peaceful, democratic referendum in Punjab while reassessing its geopolitical ties with the Indian state. The August 16 Khalistan Referendum in the USA Anchored firmly in Article 1 of the United Nations Charter—which mandates that all peoples possess an unalienable right to self-determination—SFJ is organising the next phase of the global Khalistan Referendum voting in Indianapolis, USA on August 16. This historic August 16 referendum is formally dedicated to Shaheed Bibi Satnam Kaur (8 years old) and Shaheed Bibi Waheguru Kaur (6 years old), the young sisters who defended the sanctity of Akal Takht Sahib during Operation Blue Star. The Khalistan Referendum provides a completely peaceful, democratic, and legally sanctioned mechanism for the Sikhs to vote on whether Punjab should become an independent country.

BREAKING G7: FRANCE DETAINS KHALISTAN REFERENDUM ACTIVISTS IN “PRE-CHARGE DETENTION” TO STOP “AMBUSH MODI POLITICS” RALLY “SFJ has retained a leading French law firm to safeguard the rights of Khalistan Referendum activists placed in pre-charge detention.” — Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, SFJ General Counsel Scores of Khalistan Referendum activists who traveled to France to participate in the “Ambush Modi Politics” rally have reportedly been placed in pre-charge detention by French police as Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrives for the G7 Summit. The purpose of the “Ambush Modi Politics” campaign remains absolute: to ensure that G7 leaders, the international media, and the global public are forcefully reminded that Prime Minister Modi arrives in France while heading an Indian regime that conducts transnational repression and extraterritorial assassination operations targeting Khalistan Referendum activists in G7 nations. SFJ has retained a leading French law firm to safeguard the rights of Khalistan Referendum activists placed in pre-charge detention. The legal team has been instructed to secure immediate access to detained activists, monitor the legality of the detentions, and ensure that advocacy for Khalistan Referendum is fully protected under French and international law. The “Ambush Modi Politics” rally at the G7 stands as an unyielding indictment of Modi’s state-sponsored assassination operations, focusing on: The Assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar: Marking the third year since Shaheed Nijjar’s assassination by Indian operatives on Canadian soil. The Death of Shaheed Avtar Singh Khanda: The suspicious death under the shadow of Indian deep-state operations in the United Kingdom. The Murder-for-Hire Plot Against Gurpatwant Singh Pannun: The foiled assassination plot targeting the SFJ General Counsel in New York, for which an Indian R&AW operative is wanted by the FBI in the United States. The Plot Against UK-Based Paramjeet Singh Pamma, Khalistan Referendum Organizer: The targeted assassination plot foiled in the United Kingdom. The Assassination Plot Against Inderjeet Singh Gosal and Duty to Warn: The assassination plot targeting Khalistan Referendum organizer Inderjeet Singh Gosal on Canadian soil and the “Duty to Warn” notice issued by the RCMP to Narinder Singh Randhawa in Surrey, British Columbia. The sole intent of the “Ambush Modi Politics” rally is to directly confront Modi before the international community with his regime’s documented record of transnational repression, foreign interference, and assassination operations inside G7 nations.

EVIDENCE AND FOOTPRINTS OF INDIA’S MODI GOVERNMENT REPRESSION: Hate Speech: Defaced with graffiti reading “F*ck Khalistan…” Severe Damage: Three tires completely punctured. Structural Destruction: The side windows and rear windshield were entirely shattered. Interior Vandalism: The car seats were heavily spray-painted. DEFY INDIA’S MODI: SFJ labels this a desperate act by Modi-regime loyalists attempting to suppress the rising momentum of Punjab’s independence. Such violent intimidation will not halt the democratic will of pro-Khalistan Sikhs. “Destroying and Defacing a vehicle carrying the image of Shaheed Bhai Jarnail Singh Ji Bhindranwale is a desperate act of Indian transnational repression. Let the world judge who the real terrorist is: the Sikhs demanding their right to self-determination, or an Indian state that committed the 1984 Genocide, engineered the econocide of Punjab’s farmers, and now runs transnational assassination squads to silence the Khalistan Referendum." India cannot erase genocidal crimes against pro-Khalistan Sikhs through a disinformation campaign. The data uncovered by Shaheed Jaswant Singh Khalra—the 25,000 unidentified, extrajudicially abducted, and illegally cremated pro-Khalistan Sikhs—is written in blood. Successive Indian regimes turned Punjab into a killing field for pro-Khalistan Sikhs and their families, but they could not kill our spirit. “India’s bullets will never stop our ballots, and the liberation of Khalistan is inevitable.”

🚨🇨🇦 Khalistanis Are Now Campaigning to Break Up Canada, Starting With Alberta. A 3-kilometre Khalistan convoy moved through Alberta, promoting two separatist causes at once: • A Khalistan referendum • An Alberta independence referendum Pro-Khalistan activists praised Alberta’s push for “self-determination,” while Alberta separatist figures have also expressed support for the Khalistan referendum. First they wanted India carved up. Now they are cheering the breakup of the country that took them in. Not loyal to India. Not loyal to Canada. Loyal to whichever split looks useful next. Canada gave them shelter. The thanks is a convoy asking to redraw Alberta.

KHALISTAN FLAG RAISED — INDIAN TIRANGA DECIMATED AT HINDU MANDIRS “UNDER SIEGE” IN CANADA TO EXPOSE INDIA’S PROXIES AND CHALLENGE THE BID TO LABEL KHALISTAN AS “EXTREMISM.” “Be loyal to Canada or leave.” SFJ General Counsel Pannun’s Message To Indo-Canadian-Hindu Organizations Hundreds of Canadian Sikhs participated on April 5, 2026, in “Khalistan Zindabad” rallies at Brampton Triveni Mandir and Surrey Lakshmi Narayan Mandir, directly confronting a campaign driven by the Indian government’s narrative and amplified by Indo-Canadian Hindus to label Khalistan—a political opinion—as “extremism.” The rallies, organized by Sikhs For Justice (SFJ), sent a clear message: Canada will not be allowed to be used as a platform for the Modi regime’s disinformation, spread by Indo-Canadian Hindu organizations to suppress Sikh political expression—Khalistan. SFJ challenged the petition backed by the Hindu Canadian Foundation (HCF), CoHNA, and affiliated mandirs, calling it a deliberate attempt to criminalize Khalistan as democratic advocacy and to silence Canadian Sikhs through mislabeling and fear. The rallies further exposed the export of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology and India’s repression into Canada, where political dissent—Khalistan—is being targeted through coordinated narratives and pressure tactics. SFJ STATEMENT: “Indo-Canadian Hindus are followers of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology and are peddling narratives of Indian High Commissioner Patnaik—targeting Khalistan, a political opinion. The same ideology is responsible for systemic violence, repression, and targeting of Khalistan Referendum activists in India, and is now being projected onto Canadian soil.” Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun issued a direct message to Indo-Canadian Hindu organizations promoting the agenda of India’s Modi regime in Canada: “Be loyal to Canada or leave.” “Canada’s sovereignty and democratic space cannot be undermined by proxy networks acting on behalf of India’s Modi government” added Pannun. The rally made it clear that Khalistan advocacy is not extremism—it is a political position, and any attempt to label it otherwise is an attack on the democratic rights of Canadian Sikhs. Canadian Sikhs will continue to organize, speak, and rally—rejecting intimidation and asserting their right to political self-determination without interference by Indo-Canadian Hindu organizations acting as proxies of Modi’s India.

SFJ Offers $11,000 Reward for Departure Flight Details of Modi From Canada: “Indo-Canadian Hindus Move Back To India” - Pannun As Modi — the face of Hindutva transnational terrorism — landed in Calgary, pro-Khalistan Sikhs burned an effigy of Modi along with the Indian flag. Gurpatwant Singh Pannun, General Counsel for Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) stated “Modi will be held accountable for the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar — and for the Kill List targeting pro-Khalistan Canadian Sikhs.” SFJ is issuing an $11,000 reward for confirmed departure flight details of Modi from Canada. “The objective is to deliver the mortal remains of the effigy and the Indian flag directly to Modi,” added Pannun. Addressing Modi’s supporters in Canada, Pannun stated: Modi is “Vishwa-Atankwadi not ‘Vishwamitra.’’ “Supporters of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology who chant ‘forget the past’ are actively justifying the assassination of Shaheed Nijjar and are violating the sovereignty of Canada.” All followers of Modi’s violent Hindutva ideology are invited to leave Canada and return to India with Modi. “But a word of caution: fly Air Canada — not Air India.” warned Pannun.

53,000 CANADIAN SIKHS VOTE IN OTTAWA KHALISTAN REFERENDUM CARNEY–MODI G20 TRADE TALKS DRAW QUESTIONS Over 53,000 Canadian Sikhs from Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Quebec converged on Ottawa to cast their ballots in the Khalistan Referendum, which was held at McNabb Community Centre. Secessionist organization Sikhs For Justice (SFJ) declared 23 November as “Canada’s Referendum on Khalistan,” and questioned the Carney Government for holding its G20 meeting with Narendra Modi on the same day — despite Canada’s own security agencies publicly warning that Modi’s government is linked to assassination plots, extortion networks, and foreign interference activities targeting Canadians. Sikh voters stood in lines close to 2 kilometres long despite freezing temperatures, snow, and icy winds. From newborn children to seniors using walkers, families remained in line all day. Thousands were still waiting when the 3:00 PM closing time arrived, and voting continued to ensure they could cast their ballots. SFJ General Counsel Gurpatwant Singh Pannun addressed the voters through a satellite message, stating that 41 years after the 1984 Sikh Genocide, the Modi Government is now committing “econocide” against Punjab. Pannun stated: “History shows Indira Gandhi ultimately faced the political consequences of her actions, and the democratic way forward today is the political death — not the assassination — of Modi’s policies, achieved through ballots, international accountability, and the continued rise of the Khalistan movement.” VOTERS REJECT CARNEY–MODI TRADE TALKS As voters exited the Referendum, SFJ volunteers asked each one a direct question: “Do you agree with the Carney Government opening trade talks with India without accountability for Shaheed Nijjar’s assassination?” SFJ reported that the overwhelming and almost unanimous answer was: “No.” SFJ stated that the overwhelming turnout was both a vote for the independence of Punjab from Indian occupation and a clear message that Canadian Sikhs do not support the Carney Government’s engagement with India. The organization said the Canadian Sikhs expect accountability for the assassination of Shaheed Hardeep Singh Nijjar and will not align with any government posture that overlooks the findings and warnings issued by Canada’s security agencies.
