Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Gen. Muhoozi Kainerugaba assures the Commander-in-Chief of the Uganda People’s Defence Forces (UPDF), Gen. Yoweri Yoweri K Museveni, that the newly commissioned cadet officers are fully prepared to lead troops in the modern battlefield. “These officer graduates have been successfully prepared to meet the rigorous demands required of commanders in modern warfare,” he noted, adding that the #UPDF would continue refining and equipping the young officers with additional training to ensure they emerge as the finest warriors and commanders in the region.
