28 years ago, madonna released the timeless ‘frozen’

Still giving chills after 28 years. Iconic.

the recording session that defied industry logic, drawing inspiration from the desert to create an ETERNAL gothic pop anthem 🎤🔥 🤔 Fun Fact: The song was inspired by the movie 'The Sheltering Sky', and although they wanted a cold setting, Madonna decided to film the music video in the Mojave Desert, California, to avoid complaining about the extreme cold. The production team had to deal with freezing temperatures and an unexpected storm, but the result was an iconic video with special effects that won an MTV award, solidifying the MYSTICAL reinvention of the Queen of Pop.
