The question is, given the amount of "armor" - can this tank do anything other than just drive? Wouldn't it be easier to let him go ahead, immobilize him and take the crew prisoner?

So given the resources required for these vehicles and assuming they utilised grenades/mortar and artillery shell equipped drones, would a termite grenade on 5 drones not work just as good or is accuracy or availability of such munitions an issue?Maybe the Geneva convdntion? :/

The question is that brigade could afford such amounts. 60 drones - could be several artillery shells, but it has drones/ hasn’t shells

Reminder that it often takes multiple drones to disable, let alone destroy a tank, especially when they have added protection. Cost ratio is still heavily slanted towards the drones but often folks will associate impact with destruction and that's not a safe assumption.

In the area of Kurakhove, Donetsk region, the Russians tried once again to break through our defenses by sending a column consisting of three newest T-72B3M tanks, two APCs with paratroopers, and a group of motorcyclists. The tanks were equipped with additional protection in the form of a shed on the turret, electronic warfare systems, mine-sweepers. Despite such preparations, the column did not reach the Ukrainian positions - 3 tanks hit mines and were completely destroyed by drones. Both APCs were also hit. At least 6 Russian soldiers were destroyed by grenades that were dropped by from Mavic drones. One of the Russian soldiers tried to hide in the basement of a large dilapidated building, and then the building was destroyed by a Ukrainian guided aerial bomb. Another brilliant work of the Defenders of the 79th Brigade. Glory to the Heroes!

Occupiers tried to use thick fog near Kostiantynivka to sneak closer to the city. They pulled in extra troops, hoping for surprise. It didn’t work. Recon of the 28th Mechanized Brigade spotted the movement early, and the fighters hit hard. The fog became a trap for the invaders.
