2Pac briefly speaking on wanting to work with D'Angelo:

from an All Eyez On Me promotional video, 1995

A Pac and D'Angelo record would have been 🔥.

Leather tank is wild lol

I can hear that for 100 percent

That great man is missed so much 👑

‘96 Soul Train Awards D’Angelo won an award for Brown Sugar (beating MJ) and you can see Pac giving him a standing ovation right behind him. he had that army fit on the whole night.

I wish we got to see it happen. God, I miss him!

Dude was before his time

Maaan, I feel sick rt now. Knowing we were robbed of what would have been legendary beyond centuries to come 😔 #GOATS

@DregoDaGreat Can’t tell what’s ai and what isn’t anymore

A duet between them would be a Classic fo’sure

Someone in Tupac’s camp said he loved D’Angelo’s album Brown Sugar and was a huge fan of his.

I remember at some award show Pac was cheering hard for D’Angelo when he won the award lol

It also sounds like he’s saying I’m sticking with Death Row just a little while longer and then I’m out.

Whew! Imagine thatttttttt!

🌹

He never got the chance to make it 😔
