The second establishment, a stir-fry restaurant named “Weightless Restaurant” in Baohe District, was observed allowing its owner to handle ingredients with bare hands, which is a clear violation of food safety standards that require the use of gloves to prevent direct contact with food. Lastly, the third venue, a fried chicken takeaway near South First Ring Road, was reported to have a kitchen that was notably dirty and unhygienic, further highlighting the lax standards of cleanliness in some of the city’s food outlets.
