3 miles for brunch. I’ve noticed that sunlight + exercise directly improves mental health. Touch some grass today. Happy Sunday.

Today I should just be sad for the innocent victims stabbed in Golders Green by a lone man with serious mental health problems. But instead, I’m also angry that some people are trying to pin the blame on peace-loving people who marched for a ceasefire in Gaza.

Mental health looks different for everyone. For some, it's rest. For others, it's movement. And sometimes, it's taking the time to understand yourself a little better. What's one thing that supports your mental well-being? Share it in the comments so we can learn from and inspire each other. #OnMyMind

Troops, I’ve not gone. For the last year or so, I’ve pretended to be happy and jokey on here, where in fact, I’ve struggled massively with my metal health. So, I’m just taking a wee time out to recoup and get back to some sort of normality. Thank you for sticking with me.💂🏻‍♀️👋🏻🇬🇧🍻

My family & I are excited to bring mental health to the forefront and represent a cause that is near & dear our hearts.

I’m sorry, but if you’re voting for the Green Party, you genuinely have some real mental health issues that you probably need to address, who in their right mind thinks this is right? Sheer lunacy and degeneracy.

Someone said “Nicki Minaj is officially worse than R KELLY”. That is the most INSANE thing I’ve ever read in my existence . A woman with a different political view than yours HAS NOW done worse things than sexually assault children. WOW!!!!!!!!! That “hate” for Nicki Minaj says more about you than ANYTHING. TOUCH GRASS ASAP. 📸

TIRED OF SNOW? Well... I was poking through some longer range data today and noticed a slight severe weather signal about 3 weeks out. Total long shot at this range, but would you welcome the warmup that comes with storms?

Memo is a robot that uses AI to perform household tasks effectively. Today Sunday announced its Series B, and we’re proud to be investors. Training robots for the home is hard — the environment is messy, dynamic, and full of edge cases. So Sunday is training robots directly on real households. Founders Tony Zhao and Cheng Chi built a glove-based system that lets hundreds of contributors record everyday tasks in their own homes, creating high-fidelity demonstrations that feed directly into robot learning. Home robotics will be defined by the companies that learn fastest from real homes. Sunday is building that loop. More here: Aaref Hilaly Amanda Huang

Hello everyone, I wish you a healthy and happy Sunday 🥰🙏🤲 I am getting rid of my health problem that I have been experiencing for a long time with an operation that I cannot call minor, God willing. My summary sentence is "Never fall" neither physically nor spiritually.💌🧿

johnny worrying about mental health in such a sincere, gentle way 🥺🤍 🐱: today no one got hurt 🐱: i must be really disappointed and frustrated too but i don’t think it’s good for him to hold his emotions in like that. honestly, i’d rather he get angry than shut down like that
