Great word, Shawn! I have been wrestling with the generational demon of alcohol on and off for 25 years. Like you, I am now free and it is wonderful. I wake up every morning and thank God I don't have a smashing headache and hangover.

3 years this January!!! Best thing I’ve ever done for my life! My husband and I did it together. Highly recommend it! It’s life changing in all the best ways - can’t think of a single negative.
